Casa Manuela is a spacious Caribbean-style villa designed for relaxation, entertainment, and effortless enjoyment of the tropical surroundings. With multiple living areas and large covered terraces on both levels, the villa offers plenty of room to unwind while enjoying the outdoors in shaded comfort.

Beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, the villa takes full advantage of natural breezes to maintain a cool and inviting atmosphere year-round. Its two-story layout includes a private elevator, ensuring easy access between levels. From the property, guests can take in stunning views of the Dye Fore Golf Course, adding to the villa’s charm.

Each of the six air-conditioned bedrooms provides a serene retreat with private bathrooms and walk-in closets, offering both comfort and convenience. Located near Minitas Beach, the villa allows guests to enjoy the soft sands and crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean with ease. Its proximity to the Casa de Campo Marina adds to the appeal, offering opportunities for dining, shopping, and leisurely strolls. RESORT FEE
All guests renting private villas at Casa de Campo must register in order to be granted access to the resort and its amenities. The cost of the registration is US$ 25/adult/day (12 years of age and older), US$ 12/child/day (between 4-12 years old) and children under 4 years of age are granted free access.

RESORT FEE/ACCESS & AMENITIES INCLUDE
Each guest will receive an ID with personal information and details of stay that will provide access to the following services and amenities:
> Access to golf courses including advance reservations at special rates
> Use of the Fitness Center at a special rate exclusively for villa owners
> Use of the towels and chaise lounges at the pool located in the main hotel area, as well as at Minitas Beach
> Discounts, special offers, and promotions at the resort’s restaurants, sports facilities, and other activities
> Access to health care services at the Central Romana Medical Center

* FOOD BUDGET: If your villa comes staffed, we suggest as a rough guideline to budget $50-$60 per adult per day for grocery costs if eating three meals at the villa (not including alcohol). This, of course, can vary due to your dietary requests. The Marina has a well-stocked supermarket with groceries, alcohol, and a wide selection of other products (sunscreen, hygiene products, etc.)
