This is a very nice place in the country. It is central to get to the beach, the Dolimites and Venice. You need a car to get around because it's not really walkable. It's very nicely decorated and comfortable. If you want a quiet place to stay this is for you.

Peaceful home away from home

The location is great if you are looking for a quiet but convenient place to relax and really feel like you’re away from the big city. It had the Italian charm with everything you need to feel comfortable and safe. The owner was very accommodating to our late arrival. This is a great place! I would return again in the summer.

Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. In jedem Raum befanden sich Fliegengittetrollos. Im Freien sollte man sich aber unbedingt mit einem Mückenschutz einschmieren, da hier sehr viele Moskitos herumschwirrten. Es gab aber auch einiges, was uns nicht so gefallen hatte. Leider durften wir den Geschirrspüler nicht benutzen (Nach Angabe der Vermieterin war er defekt). Auch die im Angebot stehende Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Die Verständigung in deutscher Sprache ist nicht möglich. Englisch ging es einigermaßen. Die beiden Türen der Schlafzimmer müssten dringend geölt werden. Wir haben uns mit ein wenig Olivenöl selber geholfen. Die Vermieterin war mehrmals während unserer Abwesenheit in der Unterkunft gewesen. Einmal hatte sie es uns mitgeteilt. Der Grill steht recht weit vom Sitzplatz im Freien (bzw. Im Überdachten) entfernt. Sehr schlecht ist die WLAN Verbindung gewesen. Im Freien hat sie überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Am Esstisch in der Unterkunft nur, wenn man recht weit in Richtung Couch saß. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer ist für die Größe des Raumes viel zu klein. Alles in Allem war die Unterkunft gut.

Très bel appartement !

Nous avons été agréablement reçu par Mme Susanna! Cette appartement Agriturismo était très propre, spacieux et avec toutes les commodités ! Susanna et son mari, Silvio sont très gentils et ils nous ont donné de très bon conseils pour nos visites! Nous conseillons cette location vacances les yeux fermés et avec beaucoup de plaisir ! Traumhafte und ruhige Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Küche ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine fehlt. Aber als Italienurlauber trinkt man sowieso Esspresso oder Cappuccino. Absolutes PLUS waren die Mückennetze an allen Fenstern. In den beiden Schlafzimmern ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Haben wir aber nicht benutzt. Wenn überhaupt, dann ist das schlecht funktionierende WLAN als Kritik zu werten. Im Ort gibt es eine schöne kleine Bäckerei und einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Auch sind einige gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Lage für Ausflüge optimal. In ca. 8 km Bahnhof von Pianzano. Unbedingt mit dem Zug nach Venedig oder Udine. Dauer ca. 1 Stunde. Stressfrei und billig. Ans Meer sind es ca. 65 km. Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Bewohnt mit ihrer Familie das angrenzende Haus. Ist bei Problemen jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Urlaub, wie man es sich vorstellt. Ruhige Lage. Kein Touristenrummel. Eben typisch italienisch. Grazie Zuzana per questa bella vacanza. ci incontreremo sicuramente di nuovo.

Casa excelente. grande, comoda y muy bonita

Hemos estado. 2 parejas mayores pero muy viajeros. Nos gusta alojarnos en casas y recorrer la zona. Hemos alquilado la casa entera durante 16 dias. A los 4 nos parece la mejor casa de nuestros viajes. Es muy bonita de 2 plantas, el suelo de abajo de piedra blanca, me gustaria para mi casa, los techos de madera.,la escalera y los suelos del piso superior de madera.En la planta baja cocina. grande con todos utiles de cocina. contiguo lavadero y lavadora, salon comedor enorme y aseo, arriba 2 dormitorios muy amplios cada uno con baño suite. Los baños preciosos y muy grandes. La casa esta rodeada de jardin flores, huerto... arboles. se respira paz. Los dueños viven en casa contigua pero independientes Susanna muy simpatica. Y la casa limpisima y acogedora con detalles de alta decoracion. Hemos hecho senderismo por Dolomitis, Grappa Cansiglio, val de mix. Nos hemos emocionado con los mosaicos de Aquileia. Hemos visitado Trieste, Urdine, Trevisso, Venecia., Padua, y ciudades menos conocidas pero encantadoras como Pordenone, SanVito al Tagliamento, Splimbergo. y muchos otros lugares Hemos estado del 28-8 al13-9, temporada de la vendimia , el paisaje es precioso, rodeados de viñedos y bonito tambien ver al caer la tarde a los agricultores con sus tractores y remolques llenos de uva dirigirse a la cantina para descargar. Nuestras vacaciones han sido geniales y la casa Ca Premuda, la casa de nuestros sueños Volveremos

Mooie woning op centrale plek

Stijlvol ingerichte woning. Fijne ruimte buiten. Goed onderhouden. Ruime slaapkamers met airco. Nette grote badkamers. Veel muggen, maar horren in woning. Geen fietsen gezien. Dolomieten, zwemmeer en interessante steden op uur rijden bereikbaar. Prosecco route, Asolo, zijn aanraders. Suzanne is altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. Woont ernaast. Bakker op 250 meter, op 800 meter supermarkt.

Gîte de très grande qualité

Un très beau gîte, grand, fonctionnel, 2 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain. Une terrasse couverte, grande, nous avons pris tous nos repas à cet endroit. Plus le stationnement dans la propriété. Boulangerie, laiterie avec un grand choix de fromages à des prix très économiques, un super marché, des restaurants. Vraiment idéal pour se reposer. Susanna et Silvio sont des propriétaires très agréables. C’etait notre second séjour et nous y reviendrons.

Sehr geräumig, ruhig und logistisch günstig.

Großzügige Wohnung mit viel Komfort. Hervorragend und entspannend ist der Besuch von Venedig zu organisieren mit 1 Std Zugfahrt. Auch das Meer, Padua und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten des Treviso liegen in einer Enfernung von ca. 1Std. Autofahrt. Einkäufe können fast in unmittelbarer Umgebungen erledigt werden. Wer auf deutsche Programmvielfalt wert legt ist trotz Sät mit nur 1 Pgramm nicht gut bedient. Insgesamt aber sehr zu empfehlen

Perfect apartment!

The pictures really don't do this place justice. This is a really nice, very clean and well equipped apartment. The area is pretty rural, but not too far from Treviso and even Venice. Susanna was very accommodating with our later than planned arrival.

Everything that we hoped for!

The accommodation was excellent - great location, great hosts and great facilities. The location was ideal for what we wanted, which was to be convenient for visiting Venice, but also for exploring the Veneto and even up into the Dolomites. We managed all three with ease, but recommend using the train to reach Venice - it is so simple! Silvio and Susanna were warm and gracious hosts who had provided essentials like milk, tea, coffee, kitchen items, Susanna's delicious home made jam and even a cake (together with a bottle of local wine). The accommodation is well equipped, comfortable and spacious. We can't wait to return!

située dans un bourg où il y a tout ce dont on a besoin (commerces, fromagerie, restaurants...), cette maison est vraiment très agréable. Dans un très grand jardin, parking, tout l'équipement nécessaire. Maison très spacieuse, très agréable pour un séjour, j'y retournerai certainement. 2 grandes chambres avec chacune une salle de bain et toilettes, une salle à manger, un salon, une très grande terrasse.... Cuisine bien équipée. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Suzana et ses enfants sont très sympathiques.

Greaat Vacation

We had a great stay at Susanna’s place. She and her family were wonderful hosts; told us what to see, where to eat, gave us fresh berries out of their garden and let us pick fresh vegetables whenever we wanted. The apartment was spacious, even more beautiful than expected. The kitchen was fully equipped, providing everything we needed. A big plus was the AC, since it was really hot in July. We felt safe at their place, especially since there was a fence with an automatically door around. During our stay their dog had puppies, with which we could play. The dog was in another place of the garden, so if you afraid of dogs, no problem. We had a separate place to eat outside and lay under big trees, enjoying the wonderful garden. We would recommend their place and would definitely choose it again!

Relaxing get away

We had a wonderful stay at Ca'premuda. The property is a very high standard - spacious, clean and with everything we needed. The location is in a quiet village, but there is a bakery, dairy shop, and a good supermarket all within walking distance. Treviso is about 45 mins by car, and we particularly enjoyed our visit to Caorle on the coast, which is about an hour away. We have a 3 year old and there was plenty of space outside for her to run around and play on the swings. Susanna was a great host, and made us feel very welcome.

Authentic Italy

We booked our stay at C'a Premuda sight unseen except for the profile on Homeaway and it MORE than met our expectations. We made this a holiday rendezvous with my son, daughter, and 2 year old grand daughter who met us in Treviso. We wanted high levels of "hang out" time and low levels on "tourist-ing" time. We got just exactly that. This beautiful place gave us all space for privacy and togetherness. A vehicle is a must allowing access to wonderful restaurants and even a swimming facility, all of which are within a 2 to 20 Km distance. The 2 year old made a walk into the village market seem easy. The local produce market on one of the days made for a great excursion. Easy access to the rail system either into Treviso, Venice or up to Belluno in the Dolomites make the location ideal. Suzanna was a wonderful host, even making us a blackberry tart from their own freshly harvested blackberries. The apartment furnishings are beautiful showing that a lot of care has gone into preparing an excellent space for the guests. We left feeling that we had experienced "authentic" Italy both in it's people and it's food and out in it's beautiful countryside.

Sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig eingerichtet, komfortabel und super sauber. Susanna und ihre Kinder sind sehr nette Gastgeber die sich um das wohl ihrer Gäste kümmern. Entgegen der Beschreiben auf FeWo gibt es kein Frühstück. Wir waren mit zwei Kleinkindern vor Ort, Beistellbett und Hochstuhl haben wir von Susanna bekommen, im Garten gibt es eine Schaukel, der Wachhund wird weggesperrt. Roverbasso selber ist ein beschaulicher kleiner Ort mit Bäckerei, Schuhladen, Molkerei (Latteria: super Käse und Wurstangebot) und einem sehr modernen Supermarkt (Maxi). Conegliano ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, Treviso 35 Minuten und das Meer knapp über eine Stunde. Unsere Tips sind die Weingegend zwischen Conegliano und Valdobbiadene (Strada del Prosecco), die Altstadt von Vittorio Veneto, Treviso und Caorle wenn man einen Badetag einlegen möchte. Die Menschen in der Gegend waren äußerst freundlich zu uns, was am sanften Tourismus liegen dürfte der dort noch vorherrscht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung zwischen Bergen und Meer mit vielen schönen Städten in der Umgebung lässt keine Langweile aufkommen, so dass wir 10 abwechslungsreiche und schöne Tage dort verbracht haben. Very Good

Sometimes you don't tell everybody the good things in life. But that is not fair to Susanna. This appartment is very nice. The location is very central between the mountains in the north and the coast in the south. Venice is very easy to reach by train. Susanna is a very good host. We had a very good time in a clean and nice appartment.

Wonderful Premuda Farm House

My husband and I and another couple spent a wonderful week in this charming farm house. The pictures do not do it justice.It was spotlessly clean and more spacious than it appears in the pictures. The two bedrooms and baths were exactly the same size and out fitted the same way. I am an interior designer and appreciate beautiful detail, good space planning and good construction. The light wood ceiling,floors, trim and stairs give the house a wonderful warm feeling and are a treat to the eye. They are in pristine condition. The bathrooms are spacious, have marble walls and beautiful fittings. My friends and I like to cook, and the kitchen had lovely cabinets, a good refrigerator and dishwasher and a wonderful, easy to clean gas cook top. We were able to cook fried calamari, a veal roast, and pasta with clams with no problems. The kitchen was well equipped, It had a regular coffee maker as well as an espresso machine. The kitchen was even stocked with all the basics you need to get started including Suzanna's wonderful home made jam. The location was convenient to all the major towns in the Veneto and was on the Procesco route. There was a super market and small vegetables stores near by. Suzanna and her husband were delightful, extremely good hosts and could not do enough for us. They helped us with wine routes, and much good advice. Our friends, my husband, and I all agree that Premuda farm was perfect for us, and we highly recommend it.

Very nice place to stay

We were made very welcome by Susannah, the owner who made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The covered outdoor eating area is a nice touch. It's a nice area and very well placed for trips to Venice, the coast and the Dolomites. Wouldn't hesitate to return if we were to revisit this part of Italy.

a nice place : Ca Premuda

We were a week in Ca Premuda in july 2011 (2 parents and 2 kids : 12 and 10). A nice place to stay, beautyfull livingroom, well equipied kitchen, large rooms and 2 clean bathrooms, We enjoyed ou stay and could visit : Conegliano, Perdenone, Ordrzo, Venezia (by train from Conegliano), Treviso and even Treiste. Suzanna was there when we needed her but you have totaly freedom in your place. Grazie mille Suzanna. Hope to come back. Johan, Tina and the kids

Beautiful place for perfect holiday

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortabel house. We had a perfect week with very sunny weather. From this house it is easy to visit cities like Treviso, Venice, Paduoa, Vicenza or to make a beautiful tour through the Dolomites. Also nice is to drive the Proscecco tour starting in Conegliano. Our Stay at Premuda Farm

An excellent location in a qiet rural location but within easy reach of the mountains, sea and venice etc. Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel very welcome from the outset. The standard of the accomodation was first class and I have no hesitation in recommending this location to any family or friends wishing to explore the Veneto region. Excellent time spent in Veneto.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, was die Wohnung anging. Die Ausstattung genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet. Unsere Familie hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Das Einzige, was uns gestört hat, waren die Km bis zum Strand. Laut Beschreibung waren 30 Km angegeben. Aber das stimmt nicht, es waren ca. 50 Km. Wir sind fast jeden Tag 1 Std. Auto gefahren zum Strand. Mit Baby war das etwas nervig. Im Prinzip war das Haus zu weit vom Meer entfernt. Beim nächsten Buchen werden wir verstärkt darauf achten. Dieses Feriendomizil würden wir auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit Frühstück

Die Ferienwohnung übertraf alle Erwartungen, die durch die Beschreibung und die Fotos im Online-Inserat geweckt wurden. Die große Wohnung mit den geräumigen Badezimmern war sehr gepflegt und das reichliche Frühstück, das jeden Morgen auf dem Tisch stand, machte die Unterkunft perfekt. Sehr angenehm und unaufdringlich war die Betreuung durch Suzanna. Wer die Ruhe des ehemaligen Gutshofs schätzt, findet hier einen idealen Urlaubsort, von dem aus die Hügel des Veneto mit dem Auto ebenso schnell zu erreichen sind wie die vielen kleinen Städte mit ihrem historischen Kern.
