Enjoy a relaxing getaway in the upper suite of this newly built home, nestled in the hill side of Shannon Lake Heights. This is a family friendly property offering an outdoor entertaining space including a salt water hot tub, dining area, gas fire pit and cozy sectional, as well as a BBQ and Traeger smoker.
Inside, you’ll find an gorgeous open concept kitchen and living room, featuring a large island with bar stools, as well as beer fridge and top of the line Saeco espresso machine. Off the living room, curl up on the front covered porch featuring a large sectional and electric heaters to keep warm.
The master bedrooms features a king bed, with beautiful ensuite bathroom with tub and rain shower. This room also has an additional queen murphy cabinet bed if needed. Down the hall, you’ll find an additional bathroom with full tub, bedroom with double over double bunkbed and a single pull out trundle, and another bedroom featuring a queen daybed with a single pull out trundle.
Downstairs, you’ll have access to the laundry room with front loader washer and dryers, as well as an office space which can also be converted to a bedroom with a queen murphy cabinet bed.
This property is close to two golf courses, several wineries, and a short drive to beach. Your host will be happy to make recommendations on places in the area to check out and provide full details.

We are a family of 4 with two boys (5 and 7), and just recently relocated to beautiful West Kelowna! This upper suite is our primary residence, and we hope you'll feel as at home in it as we do! We have been long term landlords, but this is the first time we are dipping into the short term rental market and would appreciate any feedback to help make this a success venture! We are quite familiar with the area as well so please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or additional info on the property.
