One minute walk to Sydney University and a short stroll to trendy Glebe cafes, pubs, Broadway shopping centre, Officeworks, Hoyts, bookshops, Seymour theatre, Victoria Park & pool, with public buses 50m from the doorstep. Offering access to the best the inner west can offer, this original 1867 workers terrace is a private 2 x storey oasis with modern furnishings, polished boards, internet and a leafy private courtyard. Small original bathroom has new wide shower head, toilet and sink and there’s a second toilet in the laundry with new washing machine and dryer. Perfect for travellers, academics and active people who will appreciate getting such a great value inner city terrace in one of the worlds most expensive cities. Lovely space, in a quiet location. Lots of natural light (even when it rained all weekend) and loved the courtyard space. Super comfortable beds and nice linen. Definitively recommend.

Fantastic location so handy for central station, House was comfortable and very homely...lots of throws to cuddle into.We were travelling so the washer and dryer were essential for us. Everything we needed in cuboards and cooker was great. We had a problem at check in but Anna quickly sorted and all was fine. We would definetly choose this property again to stay in Sydney,

Great stay

Owner was great to communicate with and flexible about check in. Location is in nice neighborhood, very close to bus stop to Harbor area. Very nice cozy back yard patio; could use some newer outdoor furniture was only issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the quirkiness of this place. The different levels of the stairs, the back room. Laundry was great and the back yard private.The visit of a Mumma Ringtail Possum and her 2 bubbies one afternoon was a bonus. Loved the location - so good for public transport. Plus lots of restaurants/pubs etc for food.Lots of little touches - especially with basic food items and toiletries. Really helps when you arrive.Anna was great with communication and offering advice in regard to public transport and amenities around the place.Would highly recommend staying here when in Sydney

Quaint and Nice Accommodations

Nice place; however, if you are driving, be sure you have a place to park before booking. The extra toilet is located outside and downstairs in a little room with the washer and dryer. The accommodations are clean and have ample kitchen utensils.

Great experience

This was a very cool home. Well equipped and very comfortable spaces. Check in was super easy. I liked the neighborhood location and easy access to harbor areas. We used ride share a lot and reasonable distance to the areas we wanted to visit.

Conference Stay

Great location in close proximity to conference venue, as it was a short walk to the University of Sydney and meander to Broadway Shopping Centre. Terrace house was nice and cosy with plenty of room for a short stay of 5 adults. We had a welcomed stay and would stay again. Thank you.

I lived in this cute, sun filled terrace for ten years while attending Sydney Uni and working in the local theatre scene. I loved how it provided a private oasis right next door to the University, allowing me and my flat mates the opportunity to walk to Broadway to shop, to cafes and cinemas, to Newtown and the city, which are all within a stones throw of the front door. The terrace is fresh and clean I lived in this cute, sun filled terrace that is a family property for ten years while attending Sydney Uni snd UTS and loved how it provided a private oasis right next door to the University, allowing me to walk to Broadway, to cafes in Glebe and Newtown and catch buses to the city within a stones throw of my front door. In fact, the city is only 3 minutes drive away. The terrace is fresh and clean, offering everything you would need for a comfortable short term or long term stay in Sydney.
