Enjoy all the 'action and hustle and bustle' of Surfers Paradise and then walk home to your peaceful, quiet home in the Best Kept Secret in Surfers Paradise, Budds Beach.

Our home is a Luxury two-level Duplex/Vila, like a house, not an apartment.

Set amongst finest homes in what many consider the best street in the tranquil riverside enclave of Budds Beach. Conveniently located to Surfers Paradise beach only 700m away along with trendy cafes, 900m to Surfers Paradise nightlife, 600m to Tram.

The space
Our home is located in one of the best streets to live in on the Gold Coast surrounded by high quality mansions and wonderful neighbours.

You will be staying in a fully equipped, duplex vila/house, like a normal home with easy access from the street, parking in the garage plus parking in the driveway. This is very rare in Surfers Paradise as the accommodation available near Surfers Paradise is usually apartment units and not houses.

This beautiful home is ideal for couples and family groups. It has a bright, airy interior with lots of sunlight during the day. High quality fit and finish with timber floors downstairs and carpet upstairs.

There are 3 Bedrooms + Office Space (with Office Desk + Chairs), 2 Bathrooms including the en-suite to master bedroom, 2 separate toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs), Kitchen, Laundry, Central Air Conditioning, Lounge room with TV, Dining and Garage. There is a small paved courtyard in the back garden of the house with bench seats.

Our home can host maximum of 6 guests in two Queen Beds and two King-Single Beds.

Our AirBnB property is not a Hotel. AirBnB house is a normal house like your home. Feel free to use everything in the house and then clean up and put everything back the way you found it. There is no maid service to clean up your mess.

Your cleaning fee goes to pay a team of professional cleaners to take away all linen and bed sheets for cleaning, wash bathrooms and toilets, vacuum clean and mop floors and to return the house back to the way it was when you first arrived, ready for the next guests.

If the cleaners have to clean up anything extra that you should have cleaned up, you will be charged extra. So please enjoy your holiday like you are living at your own home and then respectfully use, clean and tidy up everything before checking-out.

There is CCTV surveillance around the house and inside the garage.


Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if you cancel with at least 14 days before check-in
50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in

Damage and Incidentals:
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay

Restrictions:
The number of guests disclosed in the booking is the maximum allowed on the property. This property is not available for parties, hens nights, bucks nights, schoolies, etc.

** Covid-19 Restrictions **
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we are operating under the following conditions:

You are not permitted to enter our accommodation if you have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient, have traveled in the last 14 days internationally OR to any quarantined or government 'locked down' areas or hotspots. Please check QLD Covid Update website for latest updates.

You are also not permitted to enter if you have any of the following signs or symptoms: Fever, Cough, Difficulty breathing, Sore throat, Runny nose, etc.

Parking available in the garage and on the driveway. There is usually street parking available in front of the house too.

Surfers Paradise beach, cafes, shops, nightlife are all within walking distance.

Costa D'oro Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria - About 10-12 minute walk into Surfers Paradise Centre

Chiangmai Thai Restaurant Surfers Paradise - About 5-8 minutes walk to Mantra Sun City Hotel

Peter's Fish Market - 120 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach next to Palazzo Versace Hotel.
The best Fish & Chips take-away is located in Main Beach so you need a vehicle - About 5 minutes drive - If you are going there avoid the weekend as it's absolutely packed and sometimes there are tourist buses. Best to sit at a table outside and eat while the food is still hot.

Please note following:

We require your Government issued Identification and your phone number for the reservation. Please read all Policies and Rules before making a reservation, as any violation to AirBnb Policies or our House Rules during your stay will result in immediate termination witout any refund. We will send you a Renter's Agreement form to complete and sign and email back which is required to complete the reservation


No Smoking inside the house
No Pets
No Parties
No shoes to be worn inside the house - Shoe rack with seat provided for easy changing and storing of shoes. Please bring soft sandals to wear inside the house if you prefer.

Please do not move furniture around the house, as any damage to furniture, walls or other items in the house will be charged back to you.

Our home is perfectly located in Surfers Paradise. About 7-8 minute walk to the beach, 12-15 minute walk to Caville Avenue which is at the heart of Gold Coast.
