Fishing weekend away

Great for Family and Themeparks

Fabulous accomodation. Great location and awesome for big families. Friendly owners, and fab that they’re right next door. Just need to sort communication through Book a Bach. Didn’t work through no fault of the owners.

quiet place to stay

The place is nice and quiet and not too far from shops nearby Showerhead water pressure not really strong enough to enjoy a nice shower or shampoo. This could be looked into somehow to make it stronger as everyone in our group having similar feeling Cannot find any internet wifi instruction within the place Not much parking on the street if you travel as a group Additional charges should be send/requested more promptly rather than nearly a week after leaving the place Overall, quiet place to stay

Family stay

Great facilities, everything we needed was there. The house was a bit further out of Southport than we planned, but we just used the car more often. One room is actually off the master bedroom which was fine as we had our kids with us but might not suit everyone. No dryer but there’s a laundry two blocks down.

Excellent short stay in Southport

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at the property. The place is conveniently located making access to all places of interest in Gold Coast easier. Thanks Roza for responding quickly to requests.

Ideal holidaly house in Gold Coast

Convenient location to major theme parks and beach, quiet street. Easy communication with property admin who is very responsive and helpful when needed. Spacious rooms, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Somethings to improve: 1) some ants are noticed on ground floor, which needs a bit cleanning; 2) Washing machine drainage pipe can't be put into its expected location (tape water tank hole), otherwise water leaking. This should be noticed clearly, or fixed.

Very nice property in central location

The townhouse was very well presented and very clean. It suited our needs perfectly for a group of 8 travelling for a sporting competition. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

Stayed with a group of 7 other adults. Location is convenient if driving or catching an uber to the theme parks. Close to shops and bus stops as well. About a 15-20 minute walk to a beautiful lagoon. The single bed in room 4 (adjoining room) seen in the photographs and in the description of the room layout was missing. We didn't raise this with Roza during our stay. Roza was responsive to text messages and willing to provide support when asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE... unless you want your privacy violated by owner who lives next door!

Please, do not booo this holiday duplex. - Owner lives next door, has surveillance cameras recording near the front entrance of the holiday home and admitted to monitorong all activity in and out at all times. Owner visibly seen watching property entire stay. - Owner behaved irrationally and disrespectfully towards family over minor matter of having additional guests visit us. - Owner intruded in front door without approval, verbally berating us, recording and taking photos, using obscene language in front ofnchildren, physically pushing my guest when asked to leave. - Owner demanded extra 1000 cash during intrusion. - Stayz have confirmed she breached their policies and are investigating her removal from the platform for the safety of its users. - Property unclean, not 50m from beach as advertised, street parking full. - We felt violated and unsafe, we left before our scheduled departure.
