Rowley’s Lodge is situated on Sterling Estate in the shire of Capel and is an ideal property for couples visiting the area.

Our seventeen-acre estate is nestled on the edge of the Tuart Forest which boast 5 kms of beautiful landscape ideal for walking, mountain biking and horse riding and is minutes from Peppermint Grove Beach.

It offers ample parking spaces and plenty of turning space for horse boxes. With prior notice we can accommodate secure horse agistment during your stay.

How’s the serenity

Needed a little break from reality and I must this place didn’t disappoint. Not only was the house beautiful but so was the property. Loved being able to go for a walk in the bush and just switch off. Will definitely be back.

Perfect for relaxing family holiday

The place was even better than what you see in the photos, such a beautiful place that has all you need. You will feel very welcomed as everything in this house was well thought of, very relaxing. My boys were excited to see friendly horses and ducks and there's so many kangaroos!! We'll come back for sure, thank you Krissy & Wayne. Yui

The Lodge is surrounded by the most amazing countryside, nestled in front of the Tuart Forrest, great for walking, mountain biking and horse riding, whilst being close to local villages, wineries, pubs and restaurants in nearby Capel, Busselton, and Bunbury. And just a few minutes away from the beautiful white sandy Peppermint Grove beach and the stunning Indian Ocean, as well as easy access to Ferguson Valley and its plethora of world class wineries.
