Spend the day boating in Broken Bow Lake, hiking through Beavers Bend State Park, and exploring local wineries. At day’s end, unwind with a barbecue or bonfire, followed by a soak in the hot tub!

Nice property, managers left it clean and well stocked. Loved the laundry and dishwasher pods provided for convenience. Laundry worked well and was clean. Dishwasher performed well. Coffee service area was a nice touch! Calm and beautiful location. Would definitely come back.

Great Getaway Cabin

We were having an annual family reunion and this was our first time in the Hochatown area. The Green Acres cabin was very spacious and clean with a huge outside gathering area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place!

The place smelled clean when we walked in. It had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The grounds were so nice and fun. Loved the hammocks and fire pit! Super quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

There were roaches in the kitchen. We tried to use the stove to bake foil wrapped potatoes and it smoked out the whole house. The hot tub was not clean, it was tripping a breaker and wasnt circulating water.

Loved This Trip and Cabin!!!

This was the best trip we have taken this year. The cabin was so spacious, nice, quiet, clean and very well organized. The back and front porch was so nice and peaceful that you can just sit out and fall asleep. Mr. Dennis was so nice we called him to ask a question and he was there within 5-10 minutes for guidance. I would recommend this cabin to anyone who visits this area.

Nice little house!!

This little house was clean and tidy. Our dog LOVED the outdoors....lots of room to roam around and get her exercise. We had plenty of room to park our boat and keep it charged for the next day's fishing! Very close to the meat market, which had some awesome steak choices for cooking out on the grill! We really enjoyed our stay, close to the lake, shopping, grocery store and restaurants! We hope to visit again soon!!

We Will Be Back

This place was so accommodating for me and my family! We had plenty of room to all be together and still had our own space! The back porch was the main attraction as well as the fire pit! It’s located in a nice location between Broken Bow and Hochatown!!!! Not far from the lake and Beavers Bend State Park! Excellent communication with the property manager! She never hesitated to answer any question I had! Highly recommend!!!! We will be back!

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. The accommodations were just as expected. The fire pit area, zip line, hammocks and hot tub were perfect to watch children of all ages. The outdoor space was a real seller for us. Lots of room. The inside was clean and well stocked. We had a very big storm one night and the roof had several leaks. When I contacted the host, he was very apologetic and had no idea. We would reserve this space again should we ever go back to the area.

Won’t come back

I have never had to leave a bad review on vacation stays but this one is needed, especially for future families thinking about booking. Let’s start off with the good; cute cabin, fun back yard area, easy check in access. THE BAD -Infested with roaches -Dirty linens with blood stains and hair -Mold around outside showers -Owner read my texts about dirty linens & ignored. The 3rd party had to get involved and they brought clean linens the next day. He was also rejected my calls. One of the numbers that were listed was out of service. -Grill outside doesn’t work This is the worst stays I have ever had, do not book here. Save your money.
