Revel apartment was great!

Very new and clean location. Great facilities especially gym and pool. Ideal if you can check in during business hours if there are any issues with App to access the apartment.

Nice property, weird pre-process

The property manager asked for additional information the week before checking in, wanting me to upload a picture of my Visa card. Sounded weird so I contact VRBO who said that was unusual. Then when I checked in they again wanted to take a picture of my card to email or text to the home office. I let the person there see the card, but would not let them take a pic. The property was very nice as described.

No response

Upon arrival we noticed there were no linens for the pull out couch. Multiple phone calls to the number listed at the unoccupied desk in the hall resulted in no response. The location is great but make sure you are a sound sleeper. We realize there are subways in DC but the above ground train line is literally two blocks away. And I’ll never again book a VRBO that requires copies of my ID and credit card be uploaded to an unknown person.
