Feel close to the beach, only mins walk (250m), or use the Condo indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Conveniently close to the cafés, restaurants & bars in Tedder Ave. The apartment is on a high floor providing awesome views of the sea and river. Completely self contained, with King size bed, AC, TV, Wifi, washing/dryer, with access to all condo facilities including pool room, gym, BBQ area, sauna, pools, tennis court & includes basement car parking. Also just 2.5km from the centre of the iconic Surfers Paradise of the sunny warm Gold Coast.

I live on the Gold Coast, so know the area well. I currently work in hospitality which aids in the experience I offer to my guests. Not being originally from Australia I appreciate the away from home feel and how important it is to have an environment that you feel comfortable in.
I have loved traveling all my life, and I know what it is that makes for a great memorable holiday. So I try to provide the best experience for my guests; in that they have everything they need supplied in their accommodation, access to me for any help they require, yet also have the peace and quiet in their space so they feel like they are in their own place. I will meet you on check-in to show you around to ease your settling in, and answer any questions that you may have. After that I will leave you in peace to enjoy your own time and space.
The Gold coast is the perfect environment for that perfect time away whether for local or international visitors. It has the perfect climate, the beaches, rivers, outdoor activities, and equally accessible shopping, restaurants, cafe's and nightlife. You can't help but have a wonderful time in the Gold Coast and I want to make sure that happens for you too!

This apartment is in the perfect area of the the Gold Coast. It has the beach right there and also the scenic rivers in the other direction. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the iconic Surfers Paradise, yet still within accessible distance if you choose to go there. This area also has the perfect restaurant and café scene with Tedder Ave just around the corner, and along with the close Tram station, Marina, fishing port, it provides the perfect location for that getaway.
