Palapa House - Heated Pool Access

Palapas House is a sun-soaked San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch (Ranchos del Sol) that blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. The desert-inspired landscaping leads to a front courtyard, while inside features a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable couches.

The kitchen includes a coffee maker, stove, microwave, full-size refrigerator, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and stocked drawers. The master suite has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower behind a frosted glass wall.

The second bedroom has a full bed and is steps from a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. The shady lanai leads to an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, sink, and bar seating, plus a dining area under a giant palm thatch umbrella and a hammock between two palm trees. Guests have access to the resort pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and beach.

This rental comes with 4 pool passes only (strictly enforced). Pool passes are issued 8AM-4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day.

Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a $1,000 security deposit.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
