Enjoy this tastefully furnished 1 bedroom suite on 3rd floor walk-up in secured 'adult only' building featuring vaulted ceilings, 'open concept' plan, great room with gas fireplace, hardwood flooring throughout, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, large bedroom with queen size bed, separate den with 180 degree waterfront views, plus patio doors to private balcony. Walk to Sugarloaf Marina, bike on the Friendship Trail, visit the great shops, restaurants and ice creamery along the Promenade on Historic West Street or just sit back and watch the ships of the world pass by through the canal! Also visit some of the Niagara’s finest Wineries, see Niagara Falls or enjoy the Casino’s, all only 30-45 minutes away!

Beautiful suite and location

Lovely historical house adjacent to the canal and port, with views of ships passing through the drawbridge. Quiet, and walking distance to restaurants and shops. We had a great stay, thanks!

Unique property

Immaculate apartment with exceptional attention to interior and exterior design elements. Location is in a walkable neighborhood with immediate access to restaurants, museum, bike trail, beach and best of all, front row seats to ships navigating the Welland Canal. Niagara Falls is just a short drive. Highly recommend!
