A kid friendly comfy 3 bedroom unit located in the center of town, 1 block from the Main Street.

New beds, cosy lounge, air conditioned, light filled, Superfast WIFI to your huge 65” smart TV with Netflix & streaming apps.

Out the front is the banks of the Murrumbidgee River, walk/ride/run to Wagga’s famous beach & great Coffee & cafes.

Your back door step is MYER, & the main st of Wagga shopping precinct & pubs. Moments to the council chambers, art museums, riverina playhouse & theatre.

3 bedroom unit with 2 Queen beds, built in robes and hanging space. 3rd bedroom with double fold out sofa or can be used as an office.

Large living area with plenty of comfy Lounge seating to watch your 65” smart tv. In air conditioned comfort.

Dining area and separate kitchen with all your essential items to cook up a storm.

1 neat bathroom & large laundry space with your washing machine and clothes dryer & laundry tub.

The property has a enclosed lock up garage space for 1 vehicle with ample all day street parking right outside the ground floor unit.

Sit out and relax on the patio as you gaze onto the green grass and the gum trees or walk across the road to the walking track along the banks of the Murrumbidgee river.

Great unit.

A great unit very close to Baylis St where shops, restaurants & cafes are located. The unit is just as described and very comfortable & clean. The owner provides many things that others do not, like basic kitchen supplies & cleaning items. Communication has been great with the owner. Highly recommended unit for a comfortable stay in Wagga. Thank you.
