The condo itself was perfection! Great location, all the things to make perfect memories! The only things I disagreed with was the paid parking and the cost of the beach umbrella and chairs, if I’m already paying to stay there I feel those should be included in the price.

Perfection!

We had an amazing vacation at Lighthouse 911! The check in process was easy, the front staff was friendly, and there are nice carts to transport all of your baggage. Our condo was perfect for our family! It was beautiful, a perfect beach theme, clean, and stocked with everything we needed! There was a minor issue with a lamp we noticed when we arrived, but it was after service hours so we called the after hours number. They were amazing and offered to send someone immediately. We said that wasn’t necessary being it was late so they had someone there early the next day. I received a text every morning telling me the beach conditions and describing what each flag meant. I replied to that text with any questions I had throughout our entire vacation, for example I texted and asked how to rent beach chairs in front of the condo and they always replied quickly and kindly! The pools are super nice and they were never overcrowded like many condo pools can be, my husband used the gym and he said it was very nice. There are codes to access the pool areas and the beach boardwalks so there was no worry of people being there who weren’t actual guests of the Lighthouse. Next year we plan to stay in this same condo because we enjoyed it so much!

Great location within walking distance of most attractions/restaurants. The condo was very spacious with a perfect view of the beach! The outside pools/hot tubs were great! There was a strong urine smell in the master bathroom, we cleaned the bathroom ourselves on the 1st day we were there but the smell lingered and was pretty strong. We did send an email to the managing company so hopefully this will be addressed for the next visitors.

Outdated

We’ve stayed at the Lighthouse before, but this was not our favorite trip by far. The unit was outdated & smelled like mildew. Probably from the carpet that hasn’t been updated in quite some time. It didn’t leave a lot to the imagination. The shower leaks on the tile and eventually ends up in the carpet. The bunk room has a major liability in the storage under the bunks. There are U bolts attached to the door. My daughter lifted it up and it fell on her head. I attached a picture below. It could have been so much worse. Additionally the washer wasn’t working and took 4 days to replace. I’m assuming that couldn’t be helped, but was an inconvenience seeing that we packed lightly due to have the advantage of a washer. The TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working, and I will say that they got that replaced immediately.

Condo is as described, but you can tell it is an investment property and that the owners do not ever stay there. All the mattresses are very uncomfortable and the kitchen is minimally stocked. Condo is definitely showing some wear and tear, especially in the bathrooms. Bunk room beds don’t seem twin size. My teenage son was very cramped on the bunk beds. Location is great, plenty of parking and no trouble getting a chair by the pool.

Best place to stay in Gulf Shores!

This property was exactly as it was listed. It was very nice and such a gorgeous view from the balcony. My family enjoyed this trip so much! The check in process was very easy. It smelled so clean when we walked in, and it was very clean! The elevators are fast also! The pools and hot tubs were a hit as well. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone. They even called us on the second day to make sure everything was going well! This is the second time we have stayed at The Lighthouse, and will definitely be back!!

Nice and clean but not so comfy!

The condo was very nice and clean. The master bedroom however desperately needs a new mattress and pillows. It was not at all comfortable way to hard. Other than that great place to stay

Perfect Stay

This was the perfect stay for our Spring Break! I brought my 16 year old daughter and her friend for 5 days. The entire condo was very clean and nicely furnished. My girls loved the “clean beach chic vibe”. The balcony was also well furnished so I could work beachfront each morning. Lighthouse was clean and orderly and we were surrounded by families enjoying themselves each day! I highly recommend Lighthouse 911. This is the 2nd time I’ve booked with Itrip and I am so glad I did! They clearly communicated with us the entire trip! Book the trip!

Nice vacation week!

Condo very nice. Decorated well. View wonderful. Nice patio furniture. The only bedroom we used was the Master and the mattress was adequate but squeaked badly when getting up and down so could stand replacement.

Great Place

Better than expected! I was expecting a little cramped feeling with it having three rooms but it was not. The beach cart was there when we stayed and was a great bonus! We did have issues with the smoke detector going off when we used the oven but it was minimal. Parking and getting to the unit for the first time was a bit confusing, it would be helpful for a little more guidance. Overall, highly recommend this unit.

Perfect spot for my family of 5

Everything about the condo was wonderful. Plenty of pots and pans, kitchen appliances, towels, etc. An added bonus was the beach cart with chairs and boogie boards we were able to use. The location was amazing and the parking was easy. The balcony was spacious and had plenty of seating. The beds were comfortable and it was just overall a great rental!

Week at the beach

Condo was clean and well furnished. The view was wonderful. The bed in the master was adequate. Bring your own pillows unless you prefer flat cheap foam pillows. The only complaint was the carpet in the bedrooms. This would make me hesitant to rebook again.

Great location and unit

This is our second year this unit and we love it. There is one issue to be addressed - we could basically NOT use the oven because it made the fire alarm go off everytime. This is an issue and not sure if better fans, or something but could not use oven. Otherwise everything was great.

The condo was very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels available. Large balcony with a great view. Full size water heater, and washer and dryer also. Good location. We loved it overall and would stay here again. Only negative was paying to park there, and the parking garage on 2nd and 3rd floor is tight with a full size truck or SUV.
