Experience stylish luxury in this gorgeous suite located in the prestigious Maple Leaf Square Residences, one of Toronto's most highly sought after neighbourhoods.
Perfect for both business and leisure travellers, in the heart of the Entertainment District and the Harbourfront in downtown Toronto. Steps away from Scotiabank Arena, Union Station, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Ripleys Aquarium, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Billy Bishop City Airport and the Financial District.

Uniquely furnished and professionally decorated, the suite has just been fully renovated.

It boasts a brand new, fully equipped kitchen with brand new Samsung and Bosch appliances,
Nespresso coffee maker with pods, a traditional American Coffee Drip, Toaster, top quality cutlery and pots and pans as well as serving dishes and plates. You will also find kitchen essentials like salt&pepper, spices, oil, vinegar.

The bedroom has a queen bed with Posturpedic mattress, a huge organized new closet, blackout roller blinds and lines curtains for comfort, privacy and coziness. Floor to ceiling windows facing the big balcony.

The living room has a new QLED Samsung 55 Smart Tv, a Roku stick and a Chromecast so you can stream directly from your devices. Floor to ceiling windows with access to a huge balcony overlooking the deck Pool (open in the Summer months only). The balcony has a table and chairs and 2 lounge chairs with cushions.

The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, new raised toilet and vanity. You will find Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel, makeup remover towels and a hairdryer of course.

The office is equipped with a big Pottery Barn desk with file holders drawers, a BENQ big screen, an HP printer/scanner.

Heating and Air Conditioning are centralized and you can easily adjust temperatures to your liking with the NEST thermostat. Max cooling temperature is controlled by the building and cannot be lower than 23 degrees depending on the weather conditions outside.

The laundry room has a Blomberg washer/dryer set. 1 Iron and small ironing board.

Kitchen/bathroom detergents and essentials and a Dyson Vacuum cleaner.

Parking for 1 car on P3 is available if requested.

I am very detailed oriented and always strive to make my properties feel like a home away from home.
My focus is to functionality paired with great attention to detail and quality. This condo features a lot of my personal furniture I have bought for myself over the years. As an empty nester, I downsized and was thrilled to be able to use a lot of my treasures here. Some of the pieces here are antique that have followed me from different countries over the years. I like neutral and warm tones that sooth and embrace in coziness.
I love to cook, and I have equipped the kitchen with that in mind and adapted utensiles and dishes to the space. I can assure you will find all the basics for cooking covered!
Having modern world travellers in mind, I appreciate that most of us these days can travel and, at the same time, work. I have equipped the office with that in mind.

Maple Leaf Square Residencies are a unique building in a unique position.
Located in the heart of Toronto Entertainment District. Close to major tourist destinations, the waterfront, the PATH and very easily accessible. There is a Longo's grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, liquor store, TD Bank and much more located on the ground level of the condo and can be accessed directly from inside the building.
Located across from Union Station, which is the central terminal for all public transit, including the UP Train to and from Toronto Pearson Airport. Walking distance to Billy Bishop City Airport.
