Poolside at Costa

**Perfect for a relaxing holiday**, this spacious holiday home is set in the privacy of its own waterfront setting.

This large spacious home offers 2 separate flats. Both levels on this substantial home are fully self contained. This is perfect for 2 families holidaying together or for the in-laws.

The house offers indoor and outdoor living on both levels, as well as modern accommodation for up to 13 guests. The home features 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an open plan kitchen and dining, ans indoor/outdoor casual living zone and lounge areas on both levels.

**Relax by the pool or Bbq in the poolside cabana and watch the sun set over the water’s edge.**

Ideal for kids with the outdoor swimming pool. There are plenty of grassed areas for children to play safely and separate living areas for adults to relax or entertain friends in style.

This truly is a wonderful holiday home.

**The Area**

- Jetty and boat ramp straight out the front of the house for fishing , relaxing .

- 10 km walking and cycling path along the lake all the way to Budgewoi .

- 3 minute stroll to Northlakes Pub (lovely meals) , and Northlakes shopping centre.

- 5 minute drive to Lakehaven Shopping complex , with lovely little retail shops.


**House Rules**

Please note this property sleeps up to 15 guests, there is a maximum of 10 adults . If you have more than 10 adults your booking will be cancelled.

We do not allow bookings for school leavers, groups under 25 years, hens or bucks nights.

Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Accomodation lived up to everything that was promised. Loved the location and surrounding amenities. Unfortunately weather was not agreeable so unable to explore surroundings (maybe next time). Really loved the heating which warmed the whole unit. Plenty of room inside for the kids. Had a really good stay.

Positives- fluffy towels, fairly clean inside, great view of river and walking track nearby. Grass mowed and tidy.Negatives: sparsley furnished causing a lot of echoing with small children. Limited kitchen stuff, useless floor cleaning equipment. we found seperate units caused a disconnect for our family. 3 beds very uncomfortable . Cobwebs covered all fly screens and very dirty outside windows. 3 tvs with no free to air just apps. Issue with internet connection for upstairs. Garbage bins pretty full on arrival with lots of flys.

Perfect for families!

From a stunning lakeview and relaxing neighbourhood to the ease of location and surrounding marketplace, this place is perfect for a family getaway! Everyone had a good time.

Excellent

We are 100% satisfied except we were stayed in 2 levels and the stairs to outside. If it was inside that's great. That was diifficult to walk up and down so many times. It was raining and it's hard to manage kids safety. Also need 1 more microvave oven on ground level.

Cancelled a week out

Didn't stay - booked group holiday for friends 40th. Left with no where to stay a week out. Very disappointing.

Family time out

Good location and property. Only con was that the council bins were full so had some difficulty fitting the garbage in the bins. Overall very good and clean property. Great property location for family get together. Short 5 min walk to club and bistro and shopping centre with Coles, noodle & kebab takeaway. Great backyard with river and walk along the river and lake Tuggerah.

Pleasant stay

Nice accommodation. Nice view. Walking distance to shops. Nice and clean. Bit inconvenient having no internal access indoors, especially with young children. Could do with more lounge style seating upstairs. We had no bedside tables in our room. Would have been nice to have window coverings on upstairs window facing street, where the dining table was located. room.

Poolside at Costa

Advertized as 6 bed house, not a house, it is 2 completely separate accomodations. Adults could not be upstairs and kids downstairs as stated. No internal access between upstairs and downstairs, only very step external stairs that were dangerous for elderly and young ones. We had 3 who slipped down the stairs, luckily being wary and hanging on to bannister which stopped serious fall. Downstairs shower and hand basin kept flooding. Step between kitchen and family room very difficult to see as room dark with very little natural light. Everyone tripped at some stage with one hand injury after falling. Step needs to be highlighted with saftey tap/paint. All plates were side plate size, difficult to get steak and salad to fit. 2 kitchens but only 1 kitchen of utensils so numerous trips up and down scary stairs. Only 3 small serving platers, when up to 15 people supposedly catered for. Stove cook tops were useless, didnt heat to full heat, very disappointing Bacon and pancakes and we have same cooktops at our home. Main lounge upstairs great size but only seating for 5?? Cupboard door missing in bedroom. No side tables and only 5 seats for the downstairs verandah and seating for 4 upstairs and no side tables making it difficult for group to be together and enjoy view. Great BBQ area, no view except green pool. Location to shops, water and bike/walking path perfect. For over$1100 a night, disappointed, will look elsewhere next time.
