The Grove Guest House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac adjoining native bushland with views out to Double Cone Islands.

An ideal place to base yourself if you want to have a quiet holiday but still want to be closed to everything that Airlie Beach and The Whitsundays have to offer.
5 minute drive to Coral Sea Marina, 7 minutes to Airlie Beach main street and 3 minute drive to Centro Shopping Centre.

The space

The Grove Guest House is a 2 bedroom apartment on the lower level of our house. It is fully self-contained with a private entrance, a full size kitchen and a large open plan living/dining area that lets you spread out in comfort.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds and built-in wardrobes. There is 1 bathroom that has a shower (no bath) and a washing machine.

Guest access

Guests have excludes access to the lower driveway and the apartment. You are also welcome to play on the lawn between the house and the bushland.

We do ask guests to respect the owners privacy and not access the other areas of the property.

Other things to note:
Smoking / Vaping is allowed outside only.

Beautifully Appointed Airbnb on the doorstep of Airlie

We had a fantastic stay at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom Airbnb in Cannonvale. The apartment was clean, tidy, and very well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The furnishings were modern and tasteful, and the space felt both cozy and functional.One of our favourite features was the balcony – a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for getting a good night's sleep while still being conveniently close to local shops and the Airlie Beach area.Lucy was a wonderful host – friendly, communicative, and very easy to deal with. She made the whole process smooth from check-in to check-out, and was quick to respond to any questions we had.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable base while exploring the Whitsundays!

Fantastic stay - great facilities, spotlessly clean, close to all atractions, and a wonderful host. Our miniature dachshund Bella was also very happy - although a bit yappy than usual, which normal away from home. Anna and myself could not be more satisfied with our 7 day stay, thank you so much Lucy!

Brilliant Host and Stay

Could not be more pleased with our stay. Host was gracious and lovely and generous - even brought us fresh eggs and honey. Over, above, and beyond. If you are a good guest, this is the place to stay. Hosts like this are a rare find.

Amazing

The property was just amazing and in a very beautiful area, we would give our stay 10/10 everything was so clean and fresh. Our host Lucy was just so helpful and made sure we were happy with our stay. We would certainly recommend her accommodation to anybody wanting a holiday in Cannonvale so near to Airlie beach. We will be back.

Great escape accommodation

We had everything that we needed supplied. Everything was functional. Set at the end of a cul-de-sac it was quiet and had a nice view from the patio of the water and islands. Conveniently close to the Cannonvale shopping precinct. Lucy was a welcoming host, and we enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Property and location

This is a very tidy well maintained unit. Lucy is an awesome host. We spent 2 days fishing and were only 3km from the boat ramp. 5 km from shopping centers. We were very happy with the entire experience we will definitely be booking this property again.

Great spot will stay again

Lucy is a great host, we had a lovely stay and will definitelya be booking back in with her. I’m obsessed with the large fridge, such a great feature especially for longer stays. The living area is spacious, we were there for 12 nights and felt like we had plenty of room to spread out. Neighbourhood is lovely and location is so close to everything. Highly recommend.
