Luxury new (2022) spacious entire condo suite for a true year-round mountain getaways. Located at Spring Creek, the heart of Canmore, about 8 minutes walk to town centre on a wood boardwalk over the creek while surrounded by mountain views. Over 816 sq.ft, a comfy king bed in the bed room, a queen sofa-bed in living room, High-end full kitchen, in-suite washer & dryer, fireplace, an indoor hottub and gym with complementary hot chocolate/coffee/tea to complete the picture of relaxation for you to enjoy after a day of adventure in the mountain. Easily accessible for seniors, it is situated on the ground floor, ensuring there are no stairs or obstacles for those using wheelchairs to access both the suite and all of its rooms. Good restaurants nearby, about 15 minutes drive to Banff National Park, 36 minutes drive to Sunshine Skill Village, 1 hour drive to Lake Louise.

** Senior and kids friendly, stair-free access to the suite, from the main entrance or the free heated underground parking garage to all rooms inside the suite.

** Self-Check in with a personalized PIN code for accessing the building, garage, suite, gym and hot tub.
Each guest will be assigned an exclusive and personalized PIN code for the duration of their stay for optimal security.

* A free parking spot in the heated underground parking garage in the same building, with bike and ski lockers available in the same garage. This parking space is designed for vehicles up to the size of a standard SUV or minivan. For large vehicle, free visitor parking spots are available on the left past the EV charging stations and wheelchair parking.
Free street parking is also available around the building.

*Complimentary indoor hot tub and gym conveniently located inside the same building, on our floor but tucked away at the opposite end of the building—giving you easy access while ensuring total peace and quiet inside the unit.

* EV charging stations available in the same garage.

* Fantastic location, on the main floor, nestled in a quiet corner at the far end of the main entrance hall. Easy, stair-free access from both the spacious main hallway and the underground parking, all without passing by other unit doors in narrow hallways.

This property is perfect and with all of the comforts! This location offers walking trails to the downtown shopping and dining area and beautiful walks along the Bow River.

This property is the perfect home base for our first time exploring Banff, Johnston Canyon, Emerald Lake, Lake Louise, and Moraine Lake. This gorgeous condo has everything---very well appointed and stocked (my husband appreciated the bear spray thoughtfully made available). Glad we didn't have to use it while out hiking! Town of Canmore is charming, surprisingly vibrant, and offers terrific choices of restaurants and shopping. What we loved most about the property though is its location and easy walking access to walking trail next to this gorgeous creek and mountain views. So grateful to Annie for being a great host, and her kind messages before and during our stay in her property.

Annie’s apartment is lovely and really spacious. The kitchen is wonderfull we really enjoyed cooking our meals in here. The private parking space is really convenient. We especially enjoyed the safe and quiet neighborhood. It’s a short walk to Canmore city centre or towards the river where we had many lovely walks with excellent views towards the Mountains. Would most defenitely stay here again.

Host was so helpful and communicative. We asked for a travel crib for our toddler and discovered they also had a highchair and some plastic dish ware as well! It was a great location for our Banff winter adventures.

It was a nice, quiet location and the entire apartment is spacious and clean! Parking is tight if you have a bigger vehicle, but we appreciate that it’s underground parking especially in this cold winter. It was a comfortable stay and the host is very responsive. Will stay again if available in the future!
