Welcome to our beautiful garden pool house, 2 min drive to beautiful Seacliff beach and boat ramp. Watch the sun set from the front deck where you can kick back and relax in the midst of stunning gardens and breathtaking ocean views. Our recently renovated home boasts a front deck that's perfect for al fresco dining, a5 spacious bedrooms that are all equipped with comfortable beds, ample storage, and high-quality cotton linens. The master bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and a smart TV, while the rest of the house is equipped with smart TVs, DVD players, and hi speed WiFi.

The kitchen is a cook's dream, with a range of modern appliances including a coffee machine, air fryer, deep fryer, juicer, blender, and gas cooking. There's plenty of cutlery, crockery, and a dishwasher to make meal times a breeze, and a large fridge with cold water on tap. The open-plan living area features natural floorboards, comfy sofas, a smart TV, and ceiling fan, while the back rumpus room bedroom 5 has a smart TV and wall aircon for heating and cooling. The main bathroom is central and has a bath, as well as a separate toilet.

The house has ducted heating and cooling throughout, and the saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by gardens and features a waterfall. There's plenty of outdoor seating, a BBQ, and a fire pit, and the huge carport can accommodate up to 5 cars. The back yard is fully irrigated and has a Bali hut and a shaded entertainment area.
Our home is located in a popular beach area, close to the train station and just a short walk from cafes, hotels, surf clubs, and boutiques. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy nearby, including jet skiing, kayaking, and stand-up paddling, and the Hallett Cove boardwalk offers magnificent coastal views and beachside cafes.
