Decent space

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

We did have a few things we wanted to bring up to possibly improve future experiences.The vacuum cleaner was completely snapped/broken and not able to be used - it's not safe and needs replacing and a broom/dustpan would have helped. We had no way to tidy up.The bedroom door had cracked wood, and the frame is broken in the loungeroom. Just wanted to mention those.The mattress is well used on one side - I recommend replacing. I could not sleep at all on it but thankfully my husband took this side so I could get some rest. The bed definitely needs tightening - it's super squeaky and loud with light movements.The tv needs upgrading - a bigger smart tv would help - also doesn't match the user manual in the drawer.There were lots of random bugs/insects - lots of larger ants at night in the toilet.The microwave has no plate - I did see in a previous review and assumed it would have been replaced as we have the same microwave from kmart at home. It does make use difficult. The community laundry definitely needs some updating - the washing machines were broken/had parts off them and I feel like this did affect use (unsure if this is your domain), but definitely needs more pegs or maybe a dryer to assist as well. I recommend a door /windows to help protect from the weather.We appreciated the general supplies, very helpful.Please let us know if any updates are made as well and we will keep in mind for our minimum once yearly visit to Crescent Head.
