Tropical House León is a private, air-conditioned 2-level home designed for comfort, privacy, and a relaxed group stay in León.

The home features a private plunge pool, hammock patio, tiki-bar style kitchen windows, and a spacious upstairs lounge with a fully equipped bar setup, making it ideal for relaxing and spending time together day or night.

There are 3 sleeping areas for up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom includes 2 queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom near the entrance has 1 double bed and its own attached bathroom. Upstairs, the third sleeping area includes 2 queen beds beside the lounge and can be separated with a retractable curtain for added privacy.

The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, strong WiFi, Smart TVs, backup water tanks, and easy access to León’s top attractions.

Formerly home to the well-known Tropical House Lounge, the property has been reimagined into a refined yet relaxed retreat that blends character, comfort, and thoughtful design.

Good little place to stop by for a night or 2

We stayed on the property 5 days, there were 4 of us. The property is as described, several entrances but if you rent the entire thing, not a problem, I do see a problem with noise if you have to share the property with another party. Everything was well stocked, there is a multiple booklet explains how things work and just some good notes on the property. We were not able to cook or heat up any food so make note of that, perhaps a microwave would be a good addition. The AC units leaked but nothing too bad for the amount of work it was doing. Overall, I would stay here again if a need to stay in the area arises.

Regarding your request for a microwave, while we don’t have one at the moment, we do offer a gas-powered stovetop for meal prep, which we hope will meet your needs.
