This was a beautifully furnished home! We really liked the private little deck area. I was so so impressed with the cleanliness! Just a lovely place to base ourselves whilst we were at an event at Lake Karāpiro.

Everything’s great, the host is kind and helpful. All the essentials were fully prepared, spacious, super clean and tidy. A well-equipped kitchen. Great location with excellent neighbourhood, a definite 5-star stay.

Weekend break

We were in Cambridge for a wedding. The property was excellent as was the location. We found it easy to a get to Hamilton/Airport and just going places but still with in good walking distance to the main village. Would defiantly say again.

Wonderful, cozy, quiet

We loved our stay at Sarah's home. It was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. Despite the house being tucked away behind another property, Sarah's check-in instructions made it very easy to find. The only thing of note is the very narrow entry gate which we had to drive through a couple of times to line our car up properly without scraping the mirrors (simply because as Americans, we were not used to driving in New Zealand on the smaller roads) but there was ample space for parking and we had no issues getting in/out of the driveway and parking area. The location of the home is also convenient to the town center, grocery store and other popular areas like Rotorua and Waitomo.

Fabulous Get-Away in Cambridge

This property had everything we needed and more than expected. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Hamilton area in New Zealand.

Family visiting from UK. Family Trip to explore the Waikato.

Sarah is a fantastic host with excellent communication. A beautifully presented house with all the facilities we needed for our family stay. Impressed with the quality of everything- lovely linen and towels. A comfortable place to come back to after our busy days out visiting the local area. Great central location. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A lovely place to stay, comfortable rooms and well appointed and presented. Minor niggle -we couldn't find a hair-dryer, which would have been useful.

Our family had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The house was warm, inviting, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for our stay. Lots of space for our three boys, and easy walk into the village.
