The ABOVE Nashville Coastal Estate has the charm and interior of a beach house located just minutes from downtown Nashville. This property gives you the location you want to explore, Nashville, and the privacy and peace you would not normally get this close to downtown.

The center of the estate is the main floor where the kitchen, living, and outdoor entertaining area is located. This ‘open concept’ space creates a perfect flow and balance between indoor and outdoor dining. This estate is great for a dinner party. Enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the deck and then transition inside for a formal dinner prepared by one of our chefs. On the third floor, you will find the main sleeping quarters. The primary bedroom, guest king room, guest queen room, guest double twin room, and office twin trundle/day bed. On the first floor, you have the bonus office room, which can also be transitioned into a sleeping room. This home gives you the flexibility, location, privacy, and luxury experience you are looking for.
