The perfect location for a Nashville get away! We loved the location as it was less than 10 minutes from The Grand Ole Opry, Gaylord Opryland Garden Conservatory and Opry Mills mall. It was a quick Uber ride to get to Broadway Street for a fun-filled experience. The chalet was quiet, serene and picture perfect! It did not have all the noise and crowds of a hotel. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, affordable vacation. While drinking our morning tea and coffee, we were able to look out the gorgeous living room windows and watch a few wild turkeys enjoying their breakfast.
A must see! The show was amazing!

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was perfect for the two of us. Very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the park nearby (Two Rivers Park, about a mile away) for walking. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we enjoyed cooking in it. They have a beautiful gas range. The bed was very comfortable and we slept great. And we enjoyed having 1 and 1/2 baths.I was a little unclear about the setup here. This is the back section of a house, with its own entrance. The owners live in the front part of the house. The big windows look out on the common backyard which is large and spacious. The parking is easy and there’s plenty of room.The owner is very easy to communicate with. We had a very nice stay. Thanks so much!

We loved the location of this rental. We were close enough to everything, yet felt like we weren’t in the “city”. This rental is very well stocked, exactly as described, very comfy and cozy. I feel it’s perfect for a couple, a girls trip or family with small children! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and we enjoyed our stay and hope to be return guests!!

Disappointing and Unsanitary — Not What’s Pictured or Promised

We booked this VRBO for our honeymoon, drawn in by the cozy, woodsy decor shown in the listing. What we walked into was completely different — and worse, filthy.The decor is now an odd beach theme, and much of the furniture is not what was pictured. The cozy tan couch shown online? Gone. It’s now a stiff blue one. The space felt misrepresented and poorly maintained.But the real issue was cleanliness. The floors were sticky, the TV remote was sticky, and ants were everywhere — on the counters, in the cabinets, on the stove and walls. There were traps and insecticide cans in the kitchen (clearly a known issue), even though the can warns not to use it near food. There was old food left in the fridge and cabinets, and the cookware was greasy, had crumbs in it, was scratched, and rusted. The Keurig has mold in the water reservoir! The rugs were stained, the table was damaged, and dust and spider webs were everywhere — especially on the enclosed patio, which was also filled with dirt and leaves.We contacted VRBO and submitted 23 photos. Their Health & Safety team agreed and issued a refund. The host may call it a favor, but a real favor would’ve been hiring a cleaning service or doing an adequate job. We’ve rented from VRBO for years and never complained — but this was so bad we left early and found new lodging on our honeymoon! The only upside? I married a good man, who handled it all with was able to salvage our honeymoon so we could enjoy the time together.

The Right Place For A Peaceful Break

Having stayed in a number of vacation rentals across the years this one was one of the best. We were looking for an affordable, quiet place to use as a home-base to day trip to Nashville and this was a good choice. The suburban area where the home is located is easy to access with almost no traffic. We used a ride sharing agency during the stay and the fares were extremely affordable from this home. The VRBO photos and descriptions are very accurate. The downstairs living space is well furnished and equipped. The upstairs sleeping area is very roomy and the bed was nicely comfortable. As far as my wife and I are concerned this VRBO home met all of our expectations to make our trip comfortable and stress free. If one were to ask if we would stay here again our response would be, absolutely. I will also refer this home to others desiring accommodations in this area.

The property was just as advertised. Everything you would need is supplied and the host answered requests very quickly. It was conveniently located and just a short Lyft ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay there again.

Great property

This property is great from location to the amenities. The accommodations are excellent with one exception. It should be noted that the bed room is located upstairs in a loft type room with only a half bath. The full bath with tub and shower are downstairs. The view is excellent from the bedroom but the stairs could be a problem for some.

Hard to beat location and price

This was a great place for us. The space was perfect, had an awesome view and a lot of natural light. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Our only complaint is the pillows could be better.

We are 2.5 miles from the Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, and Opry Mills, one of the top shopping malls in Tennessee. We are 11 minutes from Nashville Airport and 15 minutes from downtown with it's Honky-Tonks and fun. We are only 1 mile from the Nashville Greenway and it’s 190 miles of biking and walking trails. There is a Wave Pool, and Two Rivers Park with Disc Golf and a Skate Park within 2 miles. And oh yeah, there are more restaurants nearby than you can eat at in several visits.
