This is a recently-built home with well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and tiled bathroom. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, and is a peaceful space to unwind after a day of exploring or simply soaking up the views.

Guests are welcome to slow-charge their EV or hybrid vehicle using the external power socket beside the stairs. An extension cable is provided.

Please note: access between the living area and ensuite/bedroom is via a covered deck. This design choice embraces the relaxed, indoor-outdoor vibe of Kiwi bach living and maximises space in the living area.

UPDATE (June 2025): we’ve recently enclosed this deck to create a private, sheltered hallway. This upgrade adds both privacy and weather protection, while adjustable louvres let you enjoy fresh air and natural light whenever you like.

Please note the property runs on a rainwater tank and in-ground septic system, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of water use.
