Good for pool and sleeping but the kitchen needs work

Dishwasher and garbage disposal didn’t work which made cooking and cleaning up difficult. Certain parts of the ho e were very nice and new, other parts needed attention. Lawn, rusty shower etc

Ft Lauderdale Stay

The location of the home was perfect for our stay.The neighborhood was quiet.The management team was outstanding. I had forgot my jewelry case and the cleaners found it. Management contacted me immediately and offered to mail it. I received it promptly. I am so grateful for their honesty.. The house could use some TLC, but integrity speaks loudly. Update needed

Could use a butter cleaning and supplies. Updated paint and outdoor furniture. Window screens fixed. More cups in the house. Being an owner of a house keeping company i was not impressed with the cleaning or the state the house is in.

Memorial Day Weekend

We had a great stay in this home! The pool was a little icky when we arrived late Friday but by the next day they had someone out to fix it and we had no other issues! I liked how they had the porch so our toddler could run around but safe because the lock to go out to the pool was up high! They had everything you could need in the kitchen but we decided to eat out a lot. Awesome fishing right from the dock and a mango tree right out back! Highly recommend and the owner was super helpful regarding the pool but it wasn’t a big deal as we arrived later and didn’t need to use it right away. If you are looking for a nice place in the area, definitely check out this property!

Comfortable Stay - Great location

Property is a diamond in the rough! Easy access for self check-in. We arrived late afternoon. The modern furnishings and updated decor made up for some of the tired spots of the home and property. Overall, we had a comfortable and safe space to stay that allowed us to overlook some of the minor inconveniences and places that could use some TLC. The washing machine was out of order and the host contacted us well before our arrival to ask if we would like it replaced during our stay. We opted out as it wasn't important for us. The pool needed a clean and at our request the host promptly scheduled a clean for the next day and the regularly scheduled clean was also performed duruing our stay as well. The garbage disposal was not working (but not important to us). Aside from everything being available that one needs during a week-long stay, our favorite part of the property was the dock and the variety of wildlife we were able to observe! We appreciated having the number of different spaces to relax either together or separately. The centralized location allowed us to visit several tourist spots in the surrounding area and then get back to comfortable and quiet at the end of the day. We had a nice vacation and appreciated the rental.

Worst VRBO rental we have ever experienced

Lack of maintenance inside and outside. Pool was unusable, disposal unusable, and one center recliner was broken. On the surface it appeared ok at a low level but the longer we were there the more we saw issues and problems. Torn screens, gaps between outlets and wall, small rodent poop on MB counter, roach in MB closet, washer had to run drain and spin almost every time, the disposal drain smelled awful, and so many things that you look at and say” how can you charge money to stay in a place that needs so much work. The 2nd bath and kitchen were the only “renovated rooms” there was NO toilet paper, No paper Towel s and kitchen had only 4 plastic glasses and 2 coffee mugs. Very minimally equipped kitchen. We chose to eat out and stay away as much as possible. We only sat in two chairs overlooking a dead end if a canal looking away from the hous and disrepair.
