This property is one of the cleanest and most comfortable that I’ve rented. The bathrooms and kitchen were pristine and the beds so comfortable. Also, near Cherry St and Utica Square and convenient to downtown and the airport. We will be back here whenever we’re in Tulsa!

This property is sooo clean, and the beds are very comfortable - two kings and a queen. The kitchen has ample pots, pans, plates and glassware. Everything was well kept. Our communication with the property manager was great. She was quick to respond when we had questions. Also, the neighborhood is quiet and only minutes from Cherry Street, downtown and the Gathering Place

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property and we were very excited to be able to get together with friends again in this beautiful home. The property itself was comfortable and very clean but our experience was affected by several small issues during our stay.Communication at check-in was lacking, which made arrival difficult and confusing. Then the check-out information on the app contradicted the instructions posted on the refrigerator, creating some confusion as we prepared to leave.While the home was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-furnished, a few maintenance problems stood out. The cushions for the patio chairs were missing, which made it difficult to enjoy the outdoor space. In one of the bedrooms, the ceiling fan made a constant clicking noise. The next day we found a free-standing fan in a closet that we were able to bring into the room. Also, the kitchen faucet needs attention, with the water not spraying completely out of the faucet. Additionally, we noticed that at least one of the steps around the property could be a safety concern and would benefit from repairs. We had a guest with a mobility challenge that we were being extra cautious with and wanted to make sure she was able to get up and down the stairs safely.With better communication and a few repairs, this property would be 5 stars. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed, as we would like to stay here in the future when our friends come to visit.

Good time

Very clean property, comfortable beds, very nice manager. Only thing that was not stated on the listing was that the master room is separated from the house out back in the garage/separate apartment. Was not an issue for us but someone who is looking for a 3 bedroom with kiddos may not work for them. All in all was a great stay and highly recommend!!!

Lovely place to stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Everything was very clean, and the place was bright and cheery. The beds were especially comfortable, and the house is completely up to date. We had excellent communication with the host. She replied very quickly to any message we sent her during our stay. We loved that we could walk across the street to Merritt's Bakery every morning for pastries and coffee. The only thing that was surprising is that the 3rd bedroom is behind the house in a garage apartment. This was not something we realized until we arrived. The garage apartment was lovely and we had no problems with it. We were just taken by surprise and wish we would have been made aware of it ahead of time. I absolutely would stay here again and actually booked it for another girls' weekend in November.
