Fabulously Spacious (2340 sq.ft.) Entertaining Home w/2 Primary Suites!



This upscale, gated community of Briarwood is centrally located within minutes to famous downtown 5th Ave. restaurants & shopping, as well as nearby white sandy beaches. The community also offers several amenities including tennis and pickleball.



Briarwood 4 BR/3 BA single family home w/heated pool/spa, outdoor covered dining space w/TV, BBQ, covered conversational seating area & 2 car garage.



Expansive living room with flat screen TV providing direct access to pool/lanai via sliding glass doors.....experience the fabulous indoor/outdoor FLorida lifestyle.



Incredible gourmet kitchen and dining area just off the living room with views of the pool.



The primary and queen guest bedrooms both have direct lanai access as well.

Property includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, pool floats & cooler.



In addition to the amenities provided in this luxurious vacation home, the community of Briarwood also offers newly surfaced tennis & pickle ball courts, sand volleyball, soccer, basketball court, 2 swimming pools, & playground.



There is an additional $20/night pet fee per dog plus an additional $500 pet security deposit for pet guests. Dog (s) must be less than 40 lbs and approved by Owner.

Monthly rental rates based on 28 day month.



*Briarwood Homeowners association requires tenants to complete Application for lease approval forms. (Details available upon booking).

If reservation is made less than 8 days prior to arrival, an additional $100 application fee will be required.

Furthermore, if a reservation is made on a last minute basis before Friday @12:00pm for a booking that begins on Saturday or Sunday of that weekend, there will an additional $200.00 charge required by the Homeowners association.

Another enjoyable vacation

This is our second time staying at this house on Tivoli and our second stay was just as good as the first. The house is adequately stocked with amenities and the spaces fit our group perfectly. We enjoy the TV view from the pool so we can enjoy watching sporting events to round out our evenings. Thanks to our hosts for another enjoyable stay.

Very nice property

Another wonderful stay

This was the 2nd year our family stayed in this home. It accommodated all 7 adults very well. We love the kitchen and the outdoor spaces. A very relaxing week was enjoyed by all.

Excellent, clean, well stocked rental home in Briarwood! We have rented and stayed in different places throughout the years in Naples to come visit family and this home was perfect for our stay. Wonderful

This house is absolutely beautiful. The layout, the outdoor area and location are perfect. With the pool and outdoor area, you really do not need to leave the house. We had 8 and the space just right for our group! House was squeaky clean.

Brilliant place near Naples

It was a great gated community close to Naples. The property was perfect for our family which included my parents, my own family and my brother & his girlfriend. The pool was a lovely temperature. Tammy was perfect, if we had any query she would reply in an instant.

Great very clean property with heated pool that actually gets to 88 degrees ! Nice hot tub too. Beds are very comfortable. Briarwood is ideal location for beaches and all restaurants. Publix grocery very close. the property manager answers any questions almost immediately. Have stayed in six different homes n Briarwood over past few years and this was the best ! Wish I would have booked earlier and I would have stayed 3 months, but had to settle for a month because of other previous booked reservations.

Third time’s a charm!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property, and once at another of yours. Everything is very comfortable at the house. It is nice and roomy. Had a slight problem with the shower not draining well in the front bedroom with the en suite bathroom. Also, a suggestion would be to trim the bushes in the back about two feet so the sun could be over the lovely pool longer in the afternoon, instead of shade at 3 p.m. We highly recommend this house!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS!!

My wife and I travel to Naples at least a couple times a year. We have rented homes primarily in the Briarwood community, which is gated and we love the added security! This was our first experience with iTrip, and Tammy has been an amazing host. The home was very accurately described and is perfect! It is clear that the home owners spared no expense in creating a beautiful home. Tammy was very accommodating in assisting from everything from the initial booking to an early check in. (I know this is not always available). Just a few days into our trip and simply could not be more perfect!!!
