Additional amenities include nightstands, a 40'' Smart TV, a dresser, a working desk and chair for productivity, and a ceiling fan for added comfort. The bathroom offers convenience with a shower and a vanity providing ample storage space. For your laundry needs, take advantage of the shared and free of charge laundry room.

Step outside to the outdoor oasis, where you can relax on the patio with a lawn area and two lounge chairs. The covered porch features hanging chairs, perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying the fresh air. Gather for a meal at the dining table that seats 4 people, creating a delightful outdoor dining experience.

Free street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please, do not park in the driveway--that is assigned to the front unit.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
