This place is in the perfect spot on a quiet street within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops (even with a 4 and 6 year old). The owner was very responsive and helpful. We had plenty space in the house, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook or bake. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely to be within walking distance of the downtown restaurants and shops.

Nice bedrooms and great to have 3 bathrooms for our group of family. Front porch and plantings could benefit from some TLC but overall worked very well for our visit.

Cozy spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home close to downtown. The owners were very helpful and provided many great recommendations in the area. We would definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Durango.

Perfect Downtown Durango Stay

Fantastic location and lovely property. Beautifully renovated interior with all the comforts of home. Favorite part of this property was having morning coffee out on the front porch. Easy check-in and the the host was a pleasure to work with.

Durango in town

This great house is a short walk from all the in town highlights of Durango. The home is complete with all you need. Well stocked kitchen, laundry and baths. We felt so at home here and will definitely go back.

Great Location and Bathrooms

Easy walk to downtown Durango or the train. Pleasant neighborhood. Great and responsive owner. Bathrooms are top notch. Kitchen well stocked. Great living spaces and beds are nice.

We were in town for a few days for a family wedding. The house itself is very comfortable...the bathrooms are incredible. Modernized and beautiful! The location is great...very quiet, and a simple, short walk to mainstreet.

Wedding week

My husband and I got married skiing on the mountain at Purgatory. The owners were amazing, and their place is charming! It was just perfect for what we needed. The location was great and close to the slopes and the Strater hotel where some of our guests were staying. I highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in Durango

This property was perfect for us, our adult son and his wife and 1-yr old. Probably the most well-equipped VRBO we have ever stayed in. Plenty of room, easy to get around town, quiet local neighborhood. Host Mike was very attentive. Would definitely stay there again. Only negative was overdue landscape maintenance which Mike warned us about due to maintenance company issues, which he was in the process of correcting. I would highly recommend this property.

Cozy house in Durango

All in all, the house was lovely and communication with the owner was superior! Loved the kitchen and amenities. Beds very comfy. Very clean. Only problem was not being able to open any windows. We’re big on fresh air so opened door when possible. also, all cleaning stuff was super scented which is a problem for us. Again, over all, it was great.
