This is a clean and convenient property. My family and I enjoyed the nearby activities and also enjoyed the amenities on property. I would stay here again.

never saw it. owner booked more than one rental on our dates, and e-mailed us THE NIGHT BEFORE OUR TRIP WAS TO BEGIN. AND TOLD US WE WERE NOT GETTING UNIT THAT WE HAD BEEN CONFIRMED AND HAD PAID FULL AMOUNT.IF YOU STAY HERE BEWARE!!!

Reservation was cancelled
I made our reservation and got a confirmation. HOURS later I received an email that looked like another billing or confirmation but was actually them informing me that the facility was overbooked and they were canceling my reservation which left me scrambling to find something else just before we were supposed to leave. While I’m sure the place is probably nice I don’t appreciate how they overbook then cancel you hours and hours later. There was no prior indication that this was going to be an issue either. So, if you book this facility, be prepared to be cancelled at some point and make back up plans.

Still waiting on someone to call me back so we actually have somewhere to stay.
So I will NEVER use vrbo ever again and this is why. First off due to I guess the owner or possibly vrbo or both there was a double booking. The resort did not have me in the system. I called vrbo and was told I would have to wait an hour or so while they attempted to reach the property manager. I had my wife, 14 year old son, 10 year old daughter and 3 month old daughter that have all been in the car for 6 hours so I requested the number to property manager. I spoke with a Chelsea a representative for the owner that was currently in Paris. She said that I should have gotten an email stating the dates were not available. I explained to her that I had the confirmation email saying (here's your keys enjoy your stay) she said there was a 1 bedroom available and I told her that's not going to work and she said there was nothing she could do. I called vrbo back and explained the situation. I explained that I wasn't going to stay in some regular hotel after I booked at a resort for a 2 day get away trip for my 10 yo daughters birthday my sons birthday my wife's birthday and valintines day. Yes all of that is what this trip was for. Finally I said look we will cram into the one bedroom and make the most of it but I don't feel like I should have to pay for it. Look I wasn't trying to get anything for free thats just not me. I gladly pay my way but I felt like I should be complinsated for this whole convenience especially due to the circumstances and being willing to cram in a 1 bedroom because see my 10 year old daughter looked at all the pictures of this resort so how could I explain we can't stay here? So the gentleman on the phone was going to call Chelsea back and propose this with me also on the called. After waiting for 50mins on hold it went to her voice-mail. I guess he gave up knowing that if I called back someone else would be task with solving this difficult issue that I will remind you was not my fault. Remember 810 dollars is no longer in my account and to get it back will take several business days. So I called back explained again and stressed that who was handling this before needed to continue before we increase the miscommunication that made this disaster possible in the first place. I was put on hold again and waited 30-40 min and the call was disconnected. Here is my biggest issue no one ever called back even though every time I called in the first thing they asked me was for a call back number. So for all vrbo knows I'm still sitting
