This house was the perfect location for us, included a great golf cart, was extremely well stocked with all towels and paper products. The kitchen was also well stocked with all dishes and cookware. The icing on the cake was how clean the house was! Everything was appreciated and I would rent this home again!

Not too Shabby

I have stayed at the villages a few times, this time was just as good as not better. Had access to owners golf cart and out door grill. Many places at The villages don't offer those two little emitters. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this property.

House was beautiful, but had an unexpected issue

We had a good experience checking in and getting settled. Enjoyed the golf cart. On the second day the air conditioning went out - despite having a brand new unit! It was determined that a lightening strike had fried a circuit board in the condenser. There was a little drama getting informed about how and when the unit might get fixed, ending in our having to move to another property after spending 24 hours in a hot house.However, after our trip, I was able to contact Evolve and get what I considered to be a fair settlement and refund on the unused days of our stay in their house and compensation for the 24 hours that we were in the house without air conditioning. The unusual outage of the A/C was not anyone's fault, and other than having a long delay before we were informed that we had to move, the situation was handled well. Unfortunately, Evolve did not have another property available and we had to find another property ourselves.

We had a great stay!!! Comfortable furniture, great taste in furnishings. Nice to have some condiments/coffee for us. Great location! Looked after having the guest passes ready to go and a golf cart available. Would stay again and recommend!!
