The location of the condo is perfect - right on the beach with a nice pool. If only it wasn't windy and 50 degrees during our stay :(The condo itself is very large and nicely decorated. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunset on the gulf. Since it was so cold and windy during our stay, the beach was unusable, but the sunsets from the balcony were magical.The individual unit and complex itself could use some TLC. Nothing had a negative impact on our stay (thus still the 5 star review), but inside had some things that needed repair here and there. There was a broken closet door, a cracked floor tile, a pulled out cable cord, lines on the main TV, minor damage to some decor, etc. Nothing major and nothing that impacted our stay, but it could definitely use some minor repairs here and there. Otherwise the unit was wonderful. Comfortable and a great location.The complex was a little run down, but is still dealing with hurricane damage from last year so that is understandable.

I was not notified of the address or the unit number until I called with one day before we arrived. The unit was spacious. The view was great. The main tv was terrible , it had lines running through it. Everything else in the unit worked great.

As noted in the listing prior to booking, the pool is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and is expected to be completed by the end of December. Guests were informed in advance on the platform and provided access to an alternate pool nearby to help minimize the impact. We regret any inconvenience caused by your interaction with one of the construction workers and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The unit itself is fully functional and well-maintained, but we understand that the ongoing construction may have impacted your experience. We remain dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.

Beautiful Get Away

This condo was PERFECT for my groups Bible get away. We had plenty of room for each couple to sleep and having 3 bathrooms was very helpful. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The patio was the best place to enjoy dinner together and look at the ocean. The pool was very clean and enjoyable. We will definitely be back again.

Clean with good location

Property was very clean and met our needs. Communication throughout rental process was very good. Nice kitchen, good closet space and a washer/dryer on the condo were perfect.

Spring Break

Great view of the pool and the beach! Loved the size of the condo and the balconies were fantastic! The only thing I would change is to add a griddle and a crockpot so guests can do more cooking. Loved our vacation!

Family spring vacation

Property is as advertised. Beach is great! Pool area is bigger in person than what pictures show. Large condo space was perfect for our family of 7! Home is immaculate. Located in a great area with so much to do so close by.

Overall the condo was nice. There is an issue with the oven. We had to double the actual cook time with everything. Nothing was ever cook through on the first attempt. The ice maker has a leak which caused all the ice to freeze up in the tray. Also the patio door is extremely hard to open. There was plenty of dishes, towels and utensils for our family. I was happy to see all of the kitchen items there for us to use.

Perfect for our Christmas retreat

We loved this location! The sunsets are beautiful and the you can view it from the condo or the beach. We did lose the internet for a short period of time but they fixed it quickly. There were a lot of restaurants open even though some of our favorites were still closed due to the hurricanes. The outdoor furniture needs some fixing but also due to the hurricanes. We will come back again because overall we did love how spacious it was and the location is perfect!

An enjoyable stay

This condo was so spacious for our trip for 6 people. The kitchen and living/dining room were large enough where we didn’t feel squished. The parking and building codes were easy to navigate after the first day. Owners were responsive questions via email. My one negative was the patio furniture is showing its age so it wasn’t an inviting place to hang out.
