Beautifully decorated and had EVERYTHING we could as for! Fully stocked kitchen, much room for extended family, close walk to the beach. Loved the fenced in back yard for the pup! Will definitely come back.

This was a wonderful place to stay! It was even better than expected! The photos don't do it justice!The home had everything you could need/want! Quick walk to the beach! We greatly appreciated that there were multiple things provided- from towels to toilet paper- which was a refreshing surprise! Excellent stay!

The house was just as described and had everything we needed. Very clean. Only a short walk down the street and across the road to the public beach access. Lovely stay other than the weather! Host was very communicative (despite being in a different time zone!) and pleasant to deal with. However the taxes were a bit of surprise as there was an additional almost 500 of tax payable to the host on top of the

We had an incredible stay in Surf City at this house. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and tools that we needed to make delicious dinners. We traveled with little kids and the surprise of the toys in the bunk room made them so happy! (Nothing is more fun than playing with someone else's toys!) We made good use of the beach chairs and boogie boards! The elevator came in handy when we did our Walmart grocery order delivery! Our host was so kind and easy to communicate with - even letting us know when some precious jewelry was left behind and then getting it back to us! Our stay was full of wonderful memories and this beach house is the backdrop to them! Thank you for a great week!

Perfect Winter Spot

We loved our time here. My family has been visiting the island for 15 years but never in winter. We loved the island at Christmas and enjoyed this home very much. The property was clean, beautiful, and in a great location for beach access as well as access to Surf City. We would highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay,

Was a beautiful house, enjoyed the stay, had a few monor problems, gate to back yard wasnt closed and would not latch, ended up putting bungee cord on it to keep closed, Hot tube wasnt clean, and carpet needed clean. Took pics when i got there of these problems. But the over all stay was great

Wonderful!

We were a group of 9 ladies (cousins from all over) ranging in age from 55-80 and had the best three night vacation. The location is great and close to the beach, the home clean and the kitchen well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and sitting out on the balconies enjoying the wonderful weather. The elevator was great too for moving our luggage up and down. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Beach Home!

Our family so enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect with an easy, quick walk to the beach. Our kiddos loved the backyard area and bunk beds! We will definitely stay again in the future.

House was very clean and location was great. Short walk to public beach access. Backyard was fenced in which was great for our pets. Yard could use some TLC but overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend this property. The property host could not have been better. Communication was great!! She was awesome!!

Perfect for families with pets!

This property is great for 2 small families or one large family. Upon arrival, the house was very clean. Great proximity to the beach and the owners provide nice chairs and boogie boards for the beach. The bonus was having a fenced in yard for our dogs.

Perfect Vacation

The house was perfect! Airy and bright upstairs. Tons of deck space on 2nd and 3rd levels for outdoor meals, chatting or morning coffee and reading. The decor was modern and the house was very clean. The beds were made and ample bath linens were provided as well as additional towels for beach and hot tub. The back shed had all the beach chairs and umbrellas we needed. We cooked in a few nights, the kitchen is fully stocked, we used the grill for dinner one night and spent many late afternoons in the hot tub. We also had our family dog with us and she could roam around the fenced-in backyard. It was perfect for everyone and I hope to come back soon!!

Absolutely perfect!

This lovely home is very well appointed with anything you could need during your stay and more! The fenced in backyard and hot tub were very well maintained and the home displays so much attention to detail, truly wonderful. Very close to beach access and so nice to have beach chairs, boogie boards, and even beach towels to use which take up a lot of room in the car, leave them home! We will definitely put this home at the top of our list for staying in the Surf City/Topsail area, cannot wait to come again!

Modern beach house

This house is s very impressive , modern , clean and I can’t believe almost every rooms has own bathroom. The second floor and third floor deck was so relaxing .to those people who are afraid to go up to third floor just an FYI house has an access elevator to help you to go to each floors of the house . Tthere is a jacuzzi in the backyard where you can relax after going to the beach . And across the street there is a pathway to go to the beach just a short walk from house so it was not bad at all. By the way the house has a free shampoo, conditioner and body wash save a little bit of money for that . Very modern house . Just Come go and see. One more the owner of the house is so easy to communicate if you have an issue or concern. They replied quick .

Beautiful house! Amazing host!

This house is beautiful and hit all the points that made our family vacation enjoyable. First floor is the entryway, where you can access the 2nd and 3rd floors via elevator or stairs. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a full-size washer and dryer. The 3rd floor has a master bedroom/bathroom, half bathroom, and an open concept great room that includes a family room, dining area, and kitchen. The beds are the most comfortable we've ever slept in while away from home! The pillows are amazing. This is so important if you want to feel rested and enjoy your trip. The decor was beautiful throughout the house, giving it a relaxing and homey feel. Each bathroom has full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each shower, liquid hand soap, and plenty of fluffy white towels and washcloths. There is a steamer for clothing located on top of the dryer. The kitchen comes fully furnished with any and everything you might need to prepare food for your family and/or friends. The pantry includes items like a crockpot and toaster as well as a variety of boardgames for the entire family. The couches were comfortable and there was a TV in each bedroom, excluding the one with bunk beds, and a huge TV in the living area. This house is about a block from the public access. The shed in the backyard has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach toys. The hot tub is a bonus and perfect way to end each day. Book this property with confidence!

Great location and house

Amazing location made it easy access to the beach every day. The beaches weren’t crowded and it was easy to enjoy the experience. I will definitely come back next year.

Our stay was amazing. Our contact person/property owner was quick to respond with any questions that we had. The house is fully stocked with any supplies that you made need from Kitchen supplies and utensils to beach chairs and boogie boards. It was nice to see that they had toys available for the kids to play with. Our stay was great and I look forward to reserving this house again towards the end of summer.

Beautiful & Comfortable

Our family loved our visit to this property in Surf City. It had everything we needed to enjoy our beach trip. A short walk down the road to the public beach access. Beach chairs, umbrella, boards all available for our use. Outdoor shower. Private backyard for our dogs. The hosts were responsive to all our questions. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed for meal prep. Great assortment of board games. We played monopoly. It was a lovely home.
