Perfect

As a family of four with mother in law as well, visiting family for Christmas, this property had everything we needed. It was indeed modern, comfortable and well appointed. Bianca was very accommodating and added an extra single bed. Air conditioning was great. Excellent communication. Thank you Bianca

Newton house

Road noise constant. Lounge only sits a coupe of people. Really needs a folder with all info around the area.. eg public transport, parks, hotels , shopping centre etc Very clean, comfy beds, a variety of kitchen appliances.

A week in Newton

This property is quite new (we stayed Jan 2024) and is well located with an Aldi 100m away and some great hikes and waterfalls at Morialta and the popular Gorge Rd, Norton Summit and Montecute Rd for cycling the Adelaide Hills. There were good sized bedrooms and the kitchen was well equipped with the necessary appliances. These were welcome as was the garage that Bianca allowed us to securely store our bikes. Double glazing kept out much of the road traffic noise and the heat, although the integrated A/C was on quite often. The provided kitchen items were not generous, but were adequate. We used the sofa bed. This was uncomfortable for the male adult who slept there, but we bought a mattress topper from Aldi and that resolved that problem. A nice to have which was missing, was an instruction manual to operate the A/C, other kitchen items and which bins were for recycling, etc and the day of collection. Overall, Bianca was a good host and quickly responded to our questions and the house suited us perfectly for what we needed. Thank you Bianca, we hope to be back again next year.
