Settlers Creek 6525 is a stunning rental property located in the heart of Keystone, Colorado. This spacious and beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome is the perfect destination for your next mountain getaway.

The home sprawls over three stories, providing plenty of space for the whole family. At the entrance you have a mud room that is perfect for storing all of your mountain gear. Then up a flight of stairs you find a warm and inviting living room with comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and boasts a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub. The second and third bedrooms are located on the main level and feature comfortable bedding and plenty of storage space. Other amenities of this property include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private garage.

Love the area as a repeat visitor and loved the accommodations, amenities and location. Great layout and neighborhood close enough to all the communities in Summit County. Will definitely try to stay at this property for a our next visit to Keystone.

This 3 BR townhome was exactly as advertised. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was close enough to town to be convenient, but far enough away to be super quiet.The management company was very easy to deal with and incredibly helpful. We had some questions and Erin went out of her way to provide answers.

Check-in was very easy. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal, however if you plan on using the grill make sure you get instructions from the property manager. We did have issues with running out of hot water, however it was resolved quickly. Overall a great stay!

We enjoyed this townhouse for a girls trip. Beds were very comfortable and the fireplace was appreciated in the evenings. There were some things that needed to be fixed…. The patio door was hard to open and lock, the Kuerig didn’t work, the patio was small with only 2 chairs and one of those was broke…. But the important things were very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. It was also very clean!

Great stay!

Beautiful house. We really enjoyed our stay. Hot tub is right across the street.Smaller than what the pictures suggest, but still really nice.House is really clean for the most part. Mold in the upstairs shower.

The unit is three stories. The ground floor is a garage and entry way before you head upstairs to the main floor with two bedrooms, kitchen, living area, and patio. The third floor holds the master bedroom, which is a great size. For our family of 5, the kitchen / living area was tighter than it looked in pictures. That said, it was more than adequate. We really loved the home. The porch had a beautiful view and hummingbirds would visit in the morning. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking. Only thing we needed more of was forks (there were only 10!).

Nice place and excellent customer service

The location is great and we really enjoyed the property. After 3 days we encountered a problem with the community boiler. Andrea provided excellent customer service and quickly moved us to another unit. I will definitely book with the host again because I know they'll take care of any problem.

Great place to stay with friends/family

Overall it was a great experience. Had some issues with the neighbor who consistently parked so we couldn't get out of the garage, but that was the only complaint. Place was very clean and location was great. Less than 20 min to Copper/Breckenridge. Would recommend for family or group of friends.
