This opulent home comfortably provides for 30 occupants to enjoy the beach and quality family time any time of day. There are 12 carefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, television and access to a deck/porch to take it all in. The kitchen has almost two of everything to make life easy for you while on vacation. 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, double oven, gas cooktop with pot filler and everything else you can imagine are here to help the cooks impress with fresh local seafood and other delights. Three dining tables and additional bar seating allow your entire group to be together to reminisce and dine at every meal. There is also an elevator that goes from the ground floor to the top floor to make life easier. No stone has been left unturned as this palatial home that was designed for 30 guests to make the most of their special vacation.

Pool Heat:

Pool heat is OPTIONAL with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $650 per week.   Please notify Ward Realty at least 4 days prior to your arrival if you would like to pay the $650 fee to have the pool heated. OR you can add the option when booking your reservation online, Please note:

When activated, the pool heater will raise the average water temperature to a minimum of 75–78°F, depending on outdoor conditions. Please note:

• In cases of unseasonably cold or frigid weather, Ward Realty cannot guarantee the pool will reach a comfortable temperature.

• When paying the $650 non-refundable fee for pool heat, in instances of inclement weather, no refunds will be issued if the guest does not cancel pool heat at least 4 days prior to check-in.

Location:

Your beach rental is located approximately 3 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. Head to Surf City or Sneads's Ferry (mainland) to visit restaurants, shops and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past. 

Trip Preparation:

Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! See our site for a helpful list of what to bring with you to your luxury rental. Please note that this home includes sheets and towels for reservations in June, July and August ONLY. You may bring your own linens or rent them through Ward Realty for reservations September through May.
