Bring families and friends to this Brand New Modern home located in beautiful Royal Bay neighborhood.

Graced with stunning landscapes, thoughtfully designed neighbourhoods, and safe, walkable streets, Royal Bay is an oceanside village community where good living comes first.

You can truly live the West Coast lifestyle at Royal Bay, where panoramic views of Victoria’s sparkling inner harbour, the Salish Sea, and the Olympic mountain range are on full display.

Surrounded by The North Ridge Trail right behind the house to the Royal Beach Park, and Lagoon Beach that is connected to Esquimalt Lagoon Migratory Bird Sanctuary and Colwood Waterfront Park.

You will have enjoyment of the top two floors of the house, with the exception of the master bedroom and garage. The basement will have a tenant, so please be respectful of the noise at night after 10PM.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Colwood! It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after spending time exploring Victoria. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved visiting Hayley Castle and we were lucky enough to catch a Lavender Festival in the area. This was a great place to stay near Victoria.

Our family was very particular about location and appropriate accommodations for our group size (4 adults, 3 children) and we are so pleased by our choice for this stay! The home was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and we received good communication from the host.Though we spent our meals outside the home, the kitchen and patio are beautiful places to gather. This was a fantastic alternative to a hotel stay for a family or small group. I look forward to returning.

Beautiful, clean roomy house in a great neighborhood. Kitchen is very well stocked with quality pots and pans and appliances. Everything that was needed for our group of 8 was accomodated. Check in and out were easy and the host was always available for communication. I highly recommend this VRBO.

Out of the way, great property!

House was amazing. Bright, clean and beautiful! Great way to see a unique area outside of the city. 20 minutes to the city! Community shops and local sites added to our experience!

Weekend in Victoria

This is a lovely property. Very clean, new, and great for a group. I would rent it again. The host may want to consider adding some safety features to the bathrooms as there are no bars or ways to be safe in the showers.

Great property with good location

My parents and their friends really enjoyed their two nights’ stay in the past weekend. They said the house is clean, spacious, and pretty. It has everything they needed and more. A perfect place to enjoy the island

We stayed with family in this beautiful brand new house. Everything was really comfortable, beautifuly decorated and clean. We loved the feeling of like home with everything conveniently available for us to use. It was not far from centre Victoria and we enjoyed the beach hangouts only five minutes from the home. Definitely a 5⭐️

Beautiful, clean and spacious home

Our stay with the family was great. Lots of room for everyone. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Thanks again for all the extras. Drinks and snacks on the counter upon our arrivel. All the bathroom products were wonderful. Even a of maple sirop. Wonderful area and home away from home, I would highly recommend this place.

Given the fact, this was a new property there certainly wasn’t anything that one could complain about with respect to the fit and finish. We found the kitchen to be very well appointed and as such we cooked three meals rather than going out. Our group is stayed at a variety of places over the last 15 years or so, and this was one of the most seamless check-in and checkout procedures we’ve ever had. We would certainly stay at this place again next year if it was available during the timeline that we require. An excellent property.

4-Night Victoria Stay

We had an wonderful 4-night stay at this home in Victoria, Canada. The location was perfect, with a convenient local grocery store and several restaurants close by. The neighborhood is new and developing, providing a fresh and vibrant atmosphere. The home itself is immaculate and feels brand new. It was clean and equipped with what we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighbors were friendly which added to the welcoming vibe of the area. From this home, we found it easy to explore Victoria, with all the main attractions just a short drive away. We could easily visit the beautiful sights around and then return to home base as needed to relax. Overall, our family had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Victoria. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Beautiful home in a quiet area away but close enough to Victoria and other attractions. We had 7 adults so the bedrooms were ideal. Only a couple suggestions. Shower caddy kept falling and even in the middle of the night, freaking us out. Perhaps toiletries too heavy for the suction cups? House fits 8 so maybe more drinking glasses and mugs too. Check out time is a bit early compared to other VRBO’s I’ve stayed at. Can’t enjoy breakfast cause have to wake up early to clean up and pack. Very thoughtful to leave drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay again.
