Air conditioned home for those hot summer days.
No extra fee for additional people ( Maximum 7 people).
Enjoy a private backyard with plenty of trees, shrubs. BBQ, deck and patio.
Enjoy the large jetted tub. 3 bedrooms on main floor and 1 in the basement.
Long driveway can easily park 4 vehicles in single file.
Claresholm has all amenities including a dozen restaurants, swimming pool, kids spray park, hockey arena, horse arena, 5 gas stations.
Recommend Roys place for breakfast. Antree or Casa Roma for dinner.

This place is like being at grandma’s house in the very best sense. Homemade cookies awaited our arrival! The home is welcoming, well-provisioned, and immaculately clean. We felt happy and relaxed there.

Home away from home!

This property was a great base for our trip to Claresholm to paint a mural. Comfortable, clean and wonderful air conditioning :) Would absolutely book again in place of local motels.

Great stay in Claresholm - older home, but well maintained in a safe, quiet location that is well connected to highways. Very well equipped kitchen to easily manage for a family. Thank you Francis for opening your home to us and the delicious homemade cookies. We will stay again when we are in the area.

In Claresholm for a gravel bike ride

4 ladies in town for a bike ride (Ages 53 - 60) needed a place to sleep well and recover from a 60k bike ride. This house delivered - very homey with well stocked kitchen.

child friendly home

This child friendly home was a very nice place for staying for over more then a week. The house is filled with ready to use items like coffee or items to wash your clothes. Our children had a really nice time, we really recommend this house for families.

My whole family stayed at this lovely house and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. There were 3 double/queen beds and a single bed, all in separate rooms. We went for a family reunion and the Fair that took place the same weekend. We arrived at the checkout time, but they were very flexible and said we could check in at 1, which was a nice option. When we arrived there was a nice bag of homemade cookies that we thoroughly enjoyed. The airconditioning was great as it was a hot weekend. My only con was there is a smoke smell and that impacted one of my grandchildren as she is very sensitive to smoke.

AMAZING, exactly as listed, but better.

The home is beautifully kept and spotless. Plenty of privacy, beautiful backyard, and we loved the amenities! Lots of parking, we didnt need it but the long driveway could hold 2 cars comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked! We brought most of our own food and supplies (we've been burned before), but when I realized Id fogotten a few things they were all there! The homemade cookies were a delicious bonus too. We all loved the place, and would absolutely stay again. Id highly recommend it if youre needing a roomy spot in Southern Alberta.
