There were quite a few things that were not the greatest. When we got there the floor had puddles all over it. It may have been from cleaning, but because there are no towels provided, we weren’t able to clean it up as we came in. The bedroom downstairs had a bunch of chip crumbs underneath the comforter. We had to clean the shower downstairs. Several bedspreads were very stained and dingy-looking. My husband spent an hour and a half fixing the ice maker, so I guess that works for you all now! The paper shades were pretty annoying, and there weren’t any on 2 of the master bedroom windows. A lot of the dishes were dirty and sticky. The dryer woks very poorly. I had to dry each load 2-3 times.The lock on the pocket door in the master bedroom is broken and we had to shove a washcloth under it to keep it closed. It’s a shared bathroom, so it was pretty awkward. We did call the office a couple times but did not get an answer. Left a message once but did not get a call back. Decided to just comment here. The kids did enjoy the pool and the house was a good space for our family.
