Incredible location, backing to the greenbelt with easy access to exercise trails, restaurants, Lakeshore Blvd bike path and the Hyatt Regency. Master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom and Flat screen Tv, Guest bedroom has Queen bed. Kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare any meal. You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Walk down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East Shore Trail that has endless views of Lake Tahoe, beaches and ultimately end up at Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park. Incline village also has 2 Golf courses.
