Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom McCloud condo. Upgrades include new flooring, new carpet, custom bar top with seating, full-size washer dryer, and completely upgraded bathrooms. Incredible location, backing to the greenbelt with easy access to exercise trails, restaurants, Lakeshore Blvd bike path and the Hyatt Regency. Master bedroom has a King bed with a full bathroom and Flat screen Tv, Guest bedroom has Queen bed. Kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and everything you need to prepare any meal. Relax in the professionally decorated living room enjoying the 55" flat screen, fireplace and french doors that open to a deck with barbecue and seating.WSTR22-0071 TOT#4531 occupancy 4, 3, permit parking no parking on the roadways

Location:

You cannot go wrong with the location located in the heart of Incline village. Walk down to the bike path that runs along Lakeshore Blvd for miles in either direction. You can jump on your bike and head east to the Tahoe East Shore Trail that has endless views of Lake Tahoe, beaches and ultimately end up at Sand Harbor State Beach. Or you can walk to the Hyatt, Village Green, Recreational Center, Tennis complex, Frisbee golf and bike park. Incline village also has 2 Golf courses.

A short stay in January

We had a nice stay at this condo! The space was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which made preparing meals a breeze. Its location was incredibly convenient, with grocery stores and great restaurants just a short drive away. Perfect for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Highly recommend!

Incline Village

Very nice place, clean and quiet. Very nice to have the wagon to haul stuff to the condo, thanks. Our condo was close to the hot tub, which came in nice after long bikes ride.

Great place

Great place… as advertised. Close to sand harbor beach. Also very close to incline beach, however no punch cards left and nobody got back to me from the property management when I emailed them and asked them if any were available. The house was lovely and clean, perfect for families to stay in and good proximity to incline village.

A beautiful condo near the beach

A really nice, redone condo near the beach at Incline. Very nice finishing touches and the location can’t be beat! A very responsive property manager (thanks Sue!). My only complaint, and it’s one I’ve had with other properties in Incline, is the limited number of beach passes. We come up in the summer specifically to hang at the beach. Don’t like rationing passes!

Location! Location! Location!

We had a wonderful summer stay in this unit. It is literally a short walk to the beach. I enjoyed morning walks on the lake shore path & admired all the gorgeous houses & landscaping along the way. The condo is well stocked with everything you need! Even beach towels & chairs and a fun picnic backpack which is perfect for a visit to Sand Harbor & a Shakespeare festival performance or music night at the IV beach. The finishes & furnishing are new and the complex was very quiet and peaceful. Raley’s is also just a short drive away to get groceries. Be sure to follow the directions on being near smart. Don’t leave any food in your car & place your garbage in the bear bin. There is so many fun outdoor things to do here! Enjoy!
