Great location, issues with cleanliness
The location is amazing! Feels very private, an area to relax with family. The views in the backyard were lovely! We were able to see a bobcat in the yard while enjoying our morning cup of coffee! What a treat!
There is some changes that need to take place for this place to be suitable:
-There should be no pictures of the owner or his prescriptions lying around.
-Some of the kitchen utensils were very low quality. My Dad is a cook and he told me the can opener would not work at all.
-The cleanliness was just terrible. I cleaned the hallway bathroom countertop and the white rag was black. The shower in the bathroom was slimy, one could tell the tiles had not been properly cleaned. A rotten egg smell came from the drain. I swept the same bathroom and found a huge dead bug. Pieces of cat food were all over the living room. The dishwashing machine smelled awful as well.
-My brother had a bedbug in his bed. We did not have this problem in our rooms, but I am taking precautions coming home.
To summarize: Great size location for a large group, the location is stunning! Issues with cleanliness, quality of products, and even lack of owner depersonalization of the property.
