New furnished apartment - lower villa. With a large terrace and sea view, Barbecue, jacuzzi, TV, Boxing WIFI, air conditioning, heating, large equipped kitchen/living room, a bathroom with toilet, a laundry room with toilet (washing machine, dryer). Independent secure private parking on the grounds.

All bay windows are double glazed.

5 minutes from the beach of Arinella, 2 minutes from the hospital, 10 minutes from the city center, 20 minutes from Sainte Florent.
Arrivals and departures are 25 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the commercial port.
