Seamlessly merging the expansive apartment with the beautiful sweeping view of the bay, beach and marina before you.
With three bedrooms with ducted air conditioning, two stylish bathrooms both with baths, showers and double vanities, this property comfortably accommodates up to six guests on a single level. The property provides a European style laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
This stylish, comfortably furnished home has ducted air-conditioning and stunning timber floorboards throughout and the two massive entertaining areas, both these areas have Smart TV’s and unlimited Wi-Fi. In the hub of the property is where you will find the chefs designed open plan, fully equipped kitchen with Miele appliances and gas cooktop, fridge with plumbing connected and loads of stone benchtops to prepare meals. This home oozes a sense of calm, tranquillity and luxury whilst overlooking the beautiful water ways of the bay.
A 2.5 hour drive from Sydney’s CBD will see you arrive at this architect designed home in the wonderful destination of Nelson Bay. Whether you drive or even arrive by boat and moor at the Marina which is within walking distance, you will have the choice of either staying put and enjoying the calm of ‘The Waterview’ or venturing out to enjoy all the many offerings of this busy and beautiful bay.
Drive through the remote control gates and the double garage will look after your car whilst you walk a quick 200 metres to boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars that Nelson Bay has to offer. There is a front yard with synthetic grass and the bonus of a trampoline for the children to play – small toilet trained dogs are allowed at the property. Take the bicycles out of the garage and explore by Bicycle.
Please note there is a $500 security deposit required prior to arrival.

(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
