This delightful property is nestled in the leafy suburb of Chapel Hill, just 100 meters away from the Mount Coot-Tha track. From the property, guests can take in the stunning garden views and enjoy the soothing sounds of the abundant bird life.
Chapel Hill is a lovely and safe suburb, with awesome walking and hiking trails that lead up to Mount Coot-Tha. At the top of the mountain, guests can take in breath taking views of the sunset and the beautiful city of Brisbane.
Despite it being a short commute to the Brisbane CBD, Chapel Hill is green suburb full of old eucalyptus and native plants and is set on hilly bushland terrain that leads to Mount Coot-tha which is a protected reserve. Chapel Hill is one of the affluent western suburbs of Brisbane. Many of its residents are professionals and academics who commute to work outside of the suburb.
Bus stop at Fleming Road is only 200 meter away. Routes 425 and 426 take you directly to Brisbane CBD. For bus schedule you can visit Translink website.

Leafy retreat

A peaceful, comfortable and roomy studio below a house, with easy GPS access into the city and other tourist areas, including walking trails on Mt Coo-Tha close by.

Nice location

Nice place to stay with good access to nature. Spacious except for the kitchen. It is at the back of the main residence.
