The Space:

The crisp Whistler air lingers on your jacket from a morning outside, while the glow of the indoor fireplace invites you to settle in and warm up. With panoramic mountain views and a peaceful lakeside setting, this condo offers a calming retreat after days spent exploring the slopes, trails, or nearby village.



The Space

Set within the Nicklaus North Golf Course community, this two-bedroom condo offers a blend of scenic stillness and year-round convenience just minutes from Whistler Village. Large picture windows frame views of Green Lake along with Whistler, Blackcomb, and Wedge mountains, filling the vaulted living area with natural light even on snowy days. The open layout connects the living room, dining area, and full kitchen, creating an easy flow for relaxing, cooking, and gathering. Bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the condo for added privacy, while the gas fireplace and cozy seating area offer a welcoming winter refuge.



Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a king-split bed that can convert into two twins, along with a TV and a spacious walk-in closet. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and a generous closet, with a nearby bathroom offering a glass-enclosed shower and single vanity.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and ample counter space for preparing meals after a day outdoors. A breakfast bar seats three, and the adjacent dining table seats four, offering a comfortable setting for shared meals with mountain views as your backdrop.



Outdoor living

The private balcony provides a quiet place to step into the winter air and take in sweeping views of Green Lake and the surrounding peaks. A mudroom offers an ideal space for ski or biking gear, and secure underground parking ensures easy year-round access. The building includes an elevator and a private entrance with smart lock check-in, along with luggage dropoff and long-term stays allowed.

Nicklaus North is a peaceful lakeside neighborhood with direct access to winter trails for cross-country skiing and outdoor exploring. In every season, you’re just minutes from Whistler Village, offering dining, shopping, and access to both Whistler and Blackcomb mountains.



Guest access

Guests have use of the elevator, private entrance, and smart lock entry for a smooth and flexible arrival. This lakefront setting offers a comfortable and scenic base for experiencing Whistler throughout the year.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. • No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios and decks

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home

• The Nicklaus North Clubhouse and Table Nineteen Restaurant, including the patio, are located on the ground floor of the building and may occasionally host private events. Please note that private events are permitted until midnight. Table Nineteen Restaurant is open until 9:00 pm daily
