Perfect for large groups

We stayed at this villa with 6 other couples, the property provided privacy for each couple while also allowing us to enjoy the common areas as a large group. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Awesome stay in St Maarten

19 of my closest friends stayed 4 nights for my 40th birthday. The main house and the villas were all comfortable, unique and well appointed. The infinity pool was the absolute highlight. The views are incredible and there are a number of places to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. It is close enough to town to be a convenient walk and still far enough away to feel remote and special. Would highly recommend.

Awesome compound for enjoying Sint Maarteen

Went on a boys trip, but this place would work for gals, couples, or multi-generational family trip. My first time on the island and this place is perfectly located—walking distance to everything. The place is awesome and it is a compound! The arrangement of separate “apartments” around common areas offer the perfect balance for gathering together and also for some quiet downtime. For example, my apartment had separate bedroom and a living space with full kitchen, washer/dryer and an outside deck. Owners were great to work with and the pictures are real—unbelievable views and setting.

Amazing Property!!

Having used Airbnb and VRBO for the past 4 years, I can confidently say this was my favorite experience. It all starts with Robin (the wonderful hostess/owner) who could not have been any more accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself is spacious, beautiful with amazing views and right in the middle of Simpson Bay which makes it so convenient to get to all the good restaurants and bars on the island. I was pretty bummed to leave but would love to come back to get Seacluded again in the future!

Perfect Group Getaway

I stayed at Villa Seaclusion with a large group of 16 for a bachelor party. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The villas were clean and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was stocked with everything we needed like pool towels, plenty of cookware and cups, and even charcoal for the grill. We spent all of our time hanging out in the awesome pool and the multiple outdoor areas as the view of the ocean from the top of the hill was spectacular. Robin and Jose were fantastic, quick to respond to any questions, and gave us some great recommendations for things to do around the island. They also recommended an excellent taxi driver. He was super nice and reliable, shuttled us around the island, and made our trip that much easier. Overall, I would highly recommend Villa Seaclusion to anyone looking to have a tropical getaway with family or friends on the friendly island!

Unforgettable experience and even better views!

I stayed at Villa Seclusion for five nights with a group of 16 friends, all in our late 20's to early 30's, during SXM festival. We had the best time during our trip, which was largely due to our hosts, Robin and Jose. At the start of our booking, Robin and Jose were so helpful and insightful, offering us tips and recommendations on local hot spots, helping coordinate a food and alcohol delivery that was waiting upon our arrival (highly recommended btw), and even booking catering and a private chef during our stay. While we were there, Jose was so friendly and accommodating, providing everything we needed and more, exceeding anything we could have ever expected. The villa itself is truly one of a kind and has some of the most scenic views I've ever witnessed. There are numerous lounge areas, sundecks, and private balconies, all with stunning and unadulterated views of the bay, and the outdoor space is sprawling with more space than we could have imagined. We rented five of the six villas that easily fit our group, which was a mix of singles and couples, offering flexible room options for privacy, and then plenty of room for activities in the common areas, the massive outdoor patio, and the private pool. There was a constant breeze from the bay and sunsets were truly magical. Finally, it's worth mentioning that there's a massive remote-controlled gate at the entrance as well as safes in every room, so we never worried about our safety or belongings. Thanks again!

30th bday/couples trip

This place is amazing!! We stayed here for my birthday/couples trip. There were 12 of us and it was more than enough room. Everyone was able to have their own room, kitchen, and bathroom. We were nervous about it being separate villas at first because we didn’t know how far they would be from each other. That was not a problem at all. All of the villas are within steps from each other and there is only one villa that is not connected to another villa. It is still steps away from the others. There are multiple nice common areas as depicted in the listing. The view is breath taking and the villas are facing the sunset. Everything was very clean and well kept. The host were very attentive and kind. We only had one maintenance issues which was fixed before we even returned to the house. The location is perfect! Everything on the Dutch side of the island is within a 15 mins drive. Most of the common tourist locations are about 5 mins away. We went to the French side twice and it was about a 30 min drive. Not bad at all! There is the cutest turtle on the property that came out to greet us each morning. Another cool thing that I didn’t see listed, but it definitely stands out is that they have speakers around the property. It’s one sound system that you hook up to in the laundry room and it can be heard in all the common areas. I truly enjoyed my stay here! No complaints at all!

Fabulous stay

I would highly recommend the property. The location was great. An easy walk in to town and close to the airport. The house had amazing views and was a great for a large group, with both places to gather and places to be separate. And the team was extremely nice and communicative. I’d visit again in a heart beat.

Last-minute rental

At the last minute our previously reserved rental fell through and were needed a place for our group to spend the last portion of our vacation. Our group of 15 adults rented this property for a short stay (4-nights) while in Sint Maarten. It is located in Simpson Bay in Pelican. (very near to stores, restaurants, and night life). The villa itself is spacious (8-bedrooms between 4-different areas of the property). Air-conditioning in each bedroom. All of the detached bedrooms have a cooking surface/kitchenette of some sort, as well as refrigerators. There are two outdoor common areas for gathering with tvs in each area. There is also a deck for sunbathing, relaxing and checking out the views with plenty of seating to include a couple of hammocks. Pool-tables, foosball, ping-pong, giant connect-4, dominos. Infinity pool with awesome views. There is also a charcoal grill available. The area seems safe and is very accessible for cabbies. A couple of the down sides of the villas: -the main kitchen is not very well appointed for cooking for large groups -there is no AC in the main kitchen -the refrigerator in the main kitchen kept foods tepid at best and the freezer did not work at all -most of the tvs (12 in total) did not work because there is no cable on island since the hurricane (Hurricane Irma) -multiple issues requiring repair that we noted within our first few hours at the property (maintenance was dispatched and most issues resolved within 24-hours). -one of the bedrooms (near the outdoor bar) is very small. Tight quarters. -could not use the pool at night as the pool lights were not working All in all the property was good. A few basic adjustments and it could be very good. It did serve us well for the time that we were there and with the things we mentioned I would still recommend this rental. The owner/manager was very responsive and all issues were addressed.

Gorgeous property with tons of rooom and many common areas.

Our group of 14 had a fantastic week at this beautiful and spacious property. Robyn and Jose were so responsive to questions both before and during our stay. They even added little touches like decorations for my husband’s birthday. This was the perfect location for each couple to have their own space, yet have numerous common areas to hang out.

SIMPLY INCREDIBLE!!

Came with a few friends and our families for a week in paradise and wondering why we don't live in SXM ;) the property was immaculately maintained and the views were stunning. Privacy to the MAX! Will be staying here again.

Outstanding and breathtaking!!!!

Without a doubt, off the charts most incredible trip of a lifetime!!!! Our stay at Villa Seaclusion was outstanding from beginning to end. From the owner, Robin, so graciously keeping us informed prior to our arrival, to the beautiful layout, incredible breathtaking views and unique décor... the photos just don't do it justice as it is absolutely incredible! We were fortunate enough to have the space and accommodations to be able to bring my children and their friends!!! This place is immaculately kept and located conveniently near shopping and boats and beaches! Their concierge service that they offer is also top notch and they do not miss a detail!!! I cannot wait for our next adventure to Villa Seaclusion!!!!

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

This villa was paradise and the hosts are beyond amazing! I second the other reviewers who said Robin truly made this experience extraordinary! We came for a week over Thanksgiving with a large group and would go back in a heartbeat. The villa is even better than the pictures, if you can imagine that! It was clean and the decor was gorgeous. Aside from the accommodations, Robin was truly the best host! She was in touch with us ahead of time about the check-in, and went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for the area. She was so accessible and always responded to questions immediately. We can't say enough good things about our experience and can't wait for an opportunity to come back!

Spectacular

Simply Amazing! The attention to detail is spectacular. From the beautiful decor to the sheets and towels, there is nothing missing. The endless pool is sensational as are the ocean views!! It is such a relaxing environment for the family and friends, just special. This is a must stay and can't wait to come again.
