Mr. Kuldip is very kind and flexible with our check in and check out time. The place is very big and definitely enough for our 3 families. One of the best thing is the numbers of washrooms. Although the walls and floors aren't speckless, but it's good for the price.

Great Stay

This was the perfect vacation home for our large family. The house is nice and simple with all of the things we needed to enjoy our stay, including a plentiful supply of laundry supplies, toiletries, paper towels and toilet paper. The owner was responsive to all of our questions and the neighbors were very kind. We will definitely look for this house when we return to the area.

Short visit

We were in Thorold for one night to attend an annual event. The accommodations for our group of seven adults were excellent. It was clean and comfortable. Kuldeep responded to messages promptly and was available to help after we arrived. We will stay here again next year if available.

Family Gathering

We are a large family and wanted to stay together. This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house was perfect for that. The bedrooms were all large and well furnished. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils allowing us to prepare large meals.

Great home easy and friendly

Kuldeep was amazing to work with. He answers messages quickly and was very attentive. The home was clean and was exactly as listed. Bedrooms are spacious and good. 10 out of 10 would stay again.

Perfect for large group

We travelled to the area for a family wedding. We are a family of 11 adults from ages 20-83. We had plenty of sleeping space and amount of bathrooms was great. Property is clean and well equipped. Area is quiet and feels safe. Our host was accommodating and quick to respond to messages. I would recommend this property for large groups.

Family gathering

The owner is very prompt at replies. Easy access. Helpful re local attractions. The living space / kitchen small for possible 12 people, given 6 bedrooms. Insufficient serving dishes/ utensils. Grill was noted on website- none there. A few areas to refresh and fix minor issues- eg- loose toilet roll holders. Limited furniture for outdoor use Great location as a base to get to Falls, beach and wine venues. Not much in near radius. It did work for our needs

Spacious and convenient

This property is deceptively large. There are 6 bedrooms 1 with a king and the others with what seemed to be double sized beds. The king and 1 of the doubles have ensuite bathrooms. The space is split on to 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms up; the kitchen/dining/living/laundry/1/2 bath on the entry floor; and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom downstairs. There is also a garage. This neighborhood is currently still under construction so there is no yard (as in grass) and the street is paved, but not in what I would call a permanent way. Don't let this stop you from staying here. The only drawback was the 2 upper front bedrooms could get a little constuction traffic noise in the morning, none of the other bedrooms noticed it. It is a nice neighborhood, close to groceries and restaurants. We were 15 - 20 minutes from Niagara Falls tops. Lots of wineries in this area. It was beautiful. The host was easy to contact and when my mother forgot some of her clothing in a closet, they mailed them back right away! They provide plenty of towels, kitchenware, etc. It was just an easy, relaxing wonderful stay. Would stay here again without question.

Excellent place for our large family. It was clean and so comfortable. We loved the patio and barbeque grill. Communication with the host was easy. The house is a short drive to Niagara Falls making it a great place to enjoy a visit to the Falls.

The house was perfect! We had plenty of room for everyone. Nice backyard to enjoy the sunshine! Pretty much everything you need in the kitchen. The host is very responsive to messages. *Bring a larger pan if you are going to do cooking. There is Nothing bigger than a large sauce pan.*

The house itself was large and had all bedrooms and bathrooms that were described. Twenty minutes before check-in the guy called me and asked for another hour to get the house cleaned. We had a schedule to keep and we’re coming from out of town, so we went anyways… there was a group of men sitting around the table, shoes everywhere and ONE woman trying to clean six bedrooms and five bathrooms- not to mention the disgusting kitchen. The cleaner was lovely and let us prioritize where she cleaned next so that we could get ready for our event. The guy who owns/managed the place tried to blame her for the delay. There were ants all through the entry way and leasing into the main floor.I had told him we were there for a family wedding and yet he still tried to call me twice during the wedding instead of using the VRBO app - he also texted me. No thank you. The cleaners were still at the house at 6:30 - 3.5 hours after check-in in. I booked this house six months in advance - plenty of time to know it needed to be ready.I would never want to deal with this person again.
