Vacation at Cape Coral

The property was lovely, clean, and exactly as the photos portrayed. The pool was a hit with our family as was the dock where we were able to fish and relax. We would definitely consider using VRBO again due to ease of the rental process and totally enjoyed this property.

Perfect family rental!

A perfect rental for a family! We had two families (4 adults, 2 babies) and it was perfect! The views from the back were gorgeous and the pool was amazing! Everything was super clean and we loved going on morning walks around the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! We can’t wait to visit again!

We had such a great stay. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The crockpot and air fryer were nice bonuses. The pool, patio, dock and seating area outside were so nice. We spent so much time outside. There were pool toys for the kids. We loved swimming at night and watching basketball on the outdoor TV. We only had to contact the property manager once and she was awesome, super quick to respond and had maintenance there super fast. The location was great. We’ve stayed at other VRBO’s in Cape Coral and this location was the best! Quick to get to everywhere we needed to go (Twins game, Sanibel, Ft Myers). Super close to every shopping thing we needed. The kayaks, beach chairs and coolers were great! Super quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

Great place beautiful view

Our stay at this property was too short. We appreciated all the thought that went into anticipating visitor needs. It was so helpful to have beach chairs, towels, umbrella and a cooler. We loved the pool but wanted a beach experience for one of our days. The property was close to activities. So clean and fun updated decor and furniture. The property is great with the canal and gulf access but it has the view of a small lake so you don’t feel stuck in a tiny canal. We will be back!

From Maryland

House was great. No problems at all. My adult children enjoyed kayaking and swimming in the pool. I made breakfast every morning in the very well equipped kitchen. Sunrise was beautiful. We did not rent a boat but you can and it is true gulf access about a 45 min ride out of canal to the river. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs. Everything you need was there and property was easy to access through code at front door.

Perfect Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still felt like a peaceful retreat. The pool was a major highlight for our family; we spent hours enjoying the sun and relaxing by the water.Inside the home, the amenities were top-notch. Everything was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up for guests. The house had plenty of games and activities for the kids, which made it so much easier to unwind and actually relax. From board games to outdoor play options, our kids were entertained the entire time.The communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. They were quick to respond, helpful with local recommendations, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.This was one of our favorite vacation rentals and we can’t wait to come back!
