Situated on a quiet street in the lakeside town of Paynesville, La Piccola Casa is only a minutes walk to Paynesville township and the shoreline. With all the comforts of home, including a TV, and reverse cycle A/C you are sure to enjoy your getaway in this cute cottage. This cozy cottage is the perfect springboard to the wonderful cafe and restaurant life along the Paynesville esplanade or take a stroll on the ferry to Raymond Island, enjoy the bird watching along the boardwalks, and spot one of the local koalas.

Tucked behind the owners’ residence, there is ample parking for a car and trailer, a kitchenette with basic cooking utensils with a 3 in 1 oven/grill/microwave.

Cute cottage

Pro: Lovely light filled cottage, big comfy bed, great shower, good position close to shops and cafes.Con: No path from carport to cottage (wet shoes/feet), only one arm chair so partner had to sit on the bed, no space in bathroom for toiletries.
